I got there and she closed for lunch first week of the month.Very rude.There were many sick and elderly waiting in line for an hour and a half.Smh I was very upset.

I was told my packages we being held here. I was basically lied to and my time was wasted because they don't have my packages. So now I'm at a loss and all I can do is hope for a refund.

I always stop by this post office because it is more closer to me, unfortunately there is no notice whatsoever of the post office being closed for lunch. Would be nice if they would notify the public of this. I am very disappointed i have spent waiting over an hour and still nobody has shown up to help anybody at the post office.

So, since my review and yelp featuring my photo....I haven't received any of my mail. I've actually gone out of my way to get in line and ask is maybe it's being held somewhere else. I've been waiting for a replacement credit card for a month. I called them yesterday. The post office has refused to receive my mail. They have sent my mail back to its senders ever since I made this yelp review.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by a woman named MIKKAShe doesn’t like her job and she clearly needs to apply to a new job— who speaks about customers behind a wall and then answers the door bell rude saying one thing and then changing and speaking under her breath as if the people on the other side of the door bell cannot hear her. Never coming here again and I will be filing a complaint to corporate I asked for an envelope and she proceeds to tell a co worker in the back that she can’t get anything done because people keep ringing the door bell. NOT MY FAULT YOU WORK HERE

I used to enjoy coming to this post office-- convenient to my home until today. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by a woman named MIKKA (African American woman) who works behind the door bell. Window was OPEN & She doesn't like her job and she clearly needs to apply to a new job-- who speaks about customers behind a wall and then answers the door bell rude saying one thing and then changing and speaking under her breath as if the people on the other side of the door bell cannot hear her. Never coming here again and I will be filing a complaint to corporate. All I did was ask for an envelope and she went on a rant to a man behind the wall saying she can never get anything done because people keep bugging her. HELLO THIS IS YOUR JOB.
