Went in to have pedicure done yesterday, i really loved it. I have been to several places in town to have pedicure done but I didn’t come back because they way too fast. Here at USA Nail, I get to relax and enjoy the pamper the Nail technician gave me. Ninh is good with ingrown toenail cutting. He fixed my big toes. I like the most is scrubbing my heel and massaging. I have tired feet from walking and standing all day at work. Ninh gave me an excellent job of pedicure. Thank you USA Nail. I definitely will come back.

I have been to this business at least 2 other times for mani- pedi, they were polite and professional. My gel polish and fill was acceptable. However this last time i went for nail refill and i was less than satisfied. My nails were cracking and the fill they used caused my nail to come off, I believe the powder fill they used was too thick. I have never had a nail crack off, the way this one did. I went back to show the owner what happened and she went back and forth with me, and told me of after 3 days or more past , they are not responsible. I left there feeling disrespected and a bit disappointed. They offered nothing to make this issue right. The vibe was very negative and my concern was dismissed. I will not go there again.

Always love it here. Prices are the best for quality. Lily, Kay and Mimi do a great job on every set. They used to have an older lady who they no longer have that didn’t execute the same quality. I think that’s where bad reviews may come from.They’re super nice here and never upcharge. They always let me know if it’ll be more than I usually expect. They also have price differences on their service menu. Yes it’s not the boujiest nail salon but it’s always been the best prices and I’ve never felt rushed.Services: Foot massages

This place is mediocre. The few times I've gotten my nails done here, I've never had a horrible experience or an excellent one. Pros: Decently priced, clean, accepts appointments and walk-ins. Cons: The place is a little dated, sometimes a few nail techs will give an unsolicited recommendation on an "easier" or less time consuming design than what I asked for (which is off putting).

Me and my cousins went here and, the nail techs did so well. The staff was so nice. I could go in and on about how my cousin got the nail he wanted even tho he wasn't supposed to. Long story short he got to get the color he wanted. I definitely would recommend this business, 10/10

Made an appt Thursday for Monday at 11 with Lily i waited 20 mins then the lady in the shop called lily she must've forgot and said she will be here in 10 or 15 mins will i wait i said yes i did make an appoint but i will wait because my nails looked like s**** I asked if she could at least start my soaking as i wanted to remove the acrylic and do a new overlay she stated she doesn't do fake nails i explained it's just the overlay and it's just to start the removal she then stated again she doesn't do fake nails. She left to go outside and call Lily and came back in to tell me lily wasn't going to come in. Beyond unprofessional and a waste of my time! I came here to try out a new nail place which i got referred here and they lost my business an hopefully other ppl take this review into consideration. Worst service ever !

Lily is the owner and such a sweet lady! You can tell she tries her best to make sure all customers are pleased. My mom goes to Lily for her acrylics and I love Mimi for mine. Kay is also amazing. I tend to break my nails or they start lifting after a week everywhere else and here they really stay on. I don't get anything elaborate (powder ombré with a French gel at most) but I've seen girls in there getting more lavish full sets so I know they'd be able. They're also way more affordable here and don't BS any of the prices. I also take any of their recommendations such as getting a new full set once recommended (3months) because they're not trying to make more money off it they're just making sure I get quality that won't get ruined. It's usually the same price as my fill that I expected. I recommend making an appointment as they can get busy and I believe are closed Tuesdays. I recommend only Mimi, Kay or Lily for acrylics. There is an older lady who sits in the back who does good pedicures but have been disappointed for a fill.

I was disappointed at the lack of care for a Regular Fill. The dip is noticeable and I didn't voice my concern bc what's the point. As a nail tech she should've corrected without me pointing it out. This was a major flaw and it was noticeable. I just paid and left.
