Went to get a live scan for the first time a few days ago and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me. The process was quick and easy overall the experience was great very nice staff.

I normally never come to this UPS unless I'm on this side of town, but the service, especially from the owner, is always horrible. He is always rude and very unprofessional. I will never come to this UPS location agin.

The new machine that scans returns is awesome! First time using one today and it made my trip so much faster!
1 star taken off because the employee was unfriendly and didnt hardly speak. I told him I thought the machine was cool and he ignored me lol ? good customer service can make a world of difference.

I canceled my mailbox subscription months ago and asked them to delete my credit card from the system. Unfortunately, they did NOT delete my card and debited me for 3 months without any notification. I no longer live in the same state and no longer require their services. I am currently waiting for a call back to get a refund.UPDATE: Just received a call requiring me to fill out a form, send email to cancel & delete this review to get my money back. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I still have not received my money back!!!Potential customers need to know how you conduct business. They should be aware of the hoops you require for a refund!
