Jason and other staff (sorry, I didn’t catch their names!) were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us a ton with faxing and notary services. Jason was so kind and patient walking us through signing/notarizing.

Helpful . But I went to two other locations and they didn't help me, they said they don't have a box big enough, so at the 3rd location they made a box and shipped what I had. This location is the best, I wish the other ones will do the same.
