Horrible customer service . My husband came in here to print something out and he had never printed anything so I let him know that they would just walk him through and help him out and what he needed to do since I couldn’t be there to help , But instead of helping him out, they seemed like they were bothered by him asking questions, and he couldn’t figure out what to do because they kept walking away just leaving him there to try to figure it out on his own . We usually come into this UPS and I haven’t had any complaints, but it seems like today. He got a bad batch of employees that didn’t want to help out their customers. They told him what his total was, and then walked away, and he wasn’t sure what to do since they weren’t ringing him up . Very upsetting customer service and I usually don’t take time to review places, but I did feel that this deserved a review

The broads working there are super rude!!! They all need to be fired, or they need to take a training class on how to treat costumers.Ugly attitudes with bad skin. ?I went in at 5pm 12/15/2023 so who ever is on that shift needs an attitude check and training!!!!

I was in such a rush last week and was so happy with the service I received that I had to come back and give a compliment on the young lady Vanessa. She helped me get my package ready to ship out with such ease. I had it packaged wrong and she so kindly repackaged it for me and got me back out the door quickly so I wasn't late to my event. thank you!

Went to complete my livescan. Employees greeted me upon arrival. They were all professional and knowledgeable about the process and things went smoothly throughout. Price, at $35, was average for the service. A young lady helped with my livescan and, other than my oily pinky that took a couple of takes, everything was done in a friendly and professional manner. For the service alone, I'd highly recommend.

I like this location better than the UPS near the Neighborhood Walmart on March and West. The people here are more friendly. Even though I live closer to the one on March and West. I'll drive out of my way to this location to avoid the rude people working at the other UPS.

The staff are incompetent. They gave me wrong information several times. Who is the manager? Get your act together and train your staff with the right information. They said coolers are sold at the warehouse. I went to the warehouse and they do not. They said overnight shipping is guaranteed as long as it's under 100 lbs - "if we send it by Th, it'll be there by Friday as long as it'd under 100 lbs. It doesn't matter if it's frozen food or not. It's really about the weight". Nope and nope. I lug my box full of perishable medical items that was under 100 lbs that need to be sent overnight and told it's not guaranteed due to weight and size of box. If you knew that, at least give me the right information so I can prepare better!!!!!

I've gone several times with what I feel are complicated returns to the March Lane location. I found Karen was able to help me with clear instructions and a respectful demeanor every single time. I appreciate her consistent help and attentiveness at every visit I make. Thank you Karen, your customer service is on point.

AVOID THIS LOCATION.This location is awful and from the reviews I'm not the only one who has had that experience. They are right about the staff, who are young, impatient, unhelpful and outright rude.The girl who initially "helped" me wore eyelashes so thick she could barely see, and her fingernails were so long I stood there quietly watching her wrestle stamps off of a book for another customer.It's odd, because I was initially ahead of the other customer, but had to retrieve a QR code to print the label for one of my packages. I told her to give me one second, and she rolled her eyes and made a huffing noise before loudly asking the man behind me if she could help him.As she struggled to get the stamps he wanted, another customer entered and a redheaded boy came from the back, took her package, waited for her to present the QR code, scanned it, printed her label and she was on her way. Great! That's exactly what I want to do.So I said to him, "Hey, I'm doing that, too. Can you help me with this?" He said sure and scanned my QR code.The girl at the counter became enraged by this and started shouting at me from across the store that she WAS helping me. I told her she wasn't. She couldn't wait for me to show her the code and was helping someone else. She shouted that she was helping him while she was waiting for me and told me to shut up because I don't know what I'm talking about.I was stunned and told her not to talk to me like that. She again told me to shut up and she can say whatever she wants to me.I'm guessing management or the owner is her relative or lover, because otherwise I don't know why she would believe that she can be rude to customers out of nowhere with no recourse.The redheaded boy handed me my receipt for the package and told me not to say anything else to her, so he's probably used to dealing with her outbursts.This was my first time visiting that location, and it will undoubtedly be my last. The Lincoln Center store has never had this much drama. Whenever I visit, they are friendly and helpful. My transaction should have been easily handled in less than five minutes.

Nearly 6 years later and I'm still a client and very happy customer of this Location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile in service and assisting in any manner possible. They greet you by name and clearly have an eye towards seeing you are valued as a client with them. They have handled returns without problem for AT&T and Amazon.... and make the task of picking up my mail quick and easy. If you're looking for the best, a super easy location next to Home Depot and IN and OUT burger... this is the spot. My sincere thanks for 6 years of great service and then some!!!

I was dreading to go any UPS store to return my AT&T modem, but found this UPS Store in the shopping area with Home Depot, In & Out & close to Subway was convenient for me, so off I went. Only one person ahead of me & the gentleman that worked there was pleasant & helpful, which was very much appreciated.
