I live at 240 E. Miner Avenue, Apt 210, Stockton. It is a FOB key only entry apartment complex. Apartment complex maintenance staff and construction crew are only available to let drivers in between 8:00 AM and 4:45 pm. The apartment manager currently works at the Visionary Home Builders' corporate office across the street at 315 N. San Joaquin Street.Your Stockton Customer Care Center needs to find a reasonable solution with VHB on how to deliver packages to the apartment complex.Attempting to deliver past 5:00 PM to a secured apartment complex is unprofessional. Attempting to deliver at 9:49 PM to a secured apartment complex when people are in bed is ridiculous.Don't tell me to use Twitter or another avenue to continue this discussion. I'm already speaking with Jessell on Twitter and they have very limited information like the consumer. Just reach out to your Stockton, California team to address this situation with Visionary Home Builders.

If I could give a 1/64th of a star, I would. I paid for next day delivery and my package sat in the Stockton hub and was not delivered. There is a reason why I paid extra for next day delivery. Then the AI answering service will not connect to a representative. Now my dog has to suffer because UPS did not deliver my NDA package that had a special harness to help him. I was even willing to drive to the hub and pick up my package, but the hours on google says they don't open until 10am on Monday and I can not get connected to a human to arrange for the pickup. Customer service is not good. Paying extra for faster delivery obviously doesn't matter. UPS takes people's money and doesn't deliver. I requested a telephone call twice and received no call.

Actually I was happy due to the fact that I was blessed by landing a position with UPS especially due to the fact that I've been unable to work for over a year after mild stroke and dvt. My Dr finally cleared me for full duty after COVID I collected unemployment during my stroke and dvt with the last year and no more unemployment coming in I've been unable to do my part and help with mortgage, bills etc. When I was finally able to go back to work and UPS hiring me for the holiday season my ss card didn't come in the mail in time to present it to UPS. When I finally received it I couldn't land another position within UPS due to my application still showed as tentatively hired on call with UPS driver helper. But my rating is accurate because I know UPS is worthy of such a rating since I only see myself working for a respectfully rated company such as UPS.

So I took off of work early and rushed to get there to get my package just to have a little paper with the hours on the door. You guys gotta figure it out thats just blatantly not caring about your job. there was mutiple people there as well trying to open a locked door. If you change your hours you should change it everywhere no just put it on a piece of paper on the door. Lost hours at my job because nobody seems to care at this one.

Amazon used them to deliver 2 dozen roses to my sister. They didn't follow basic delivery instructions. Instead of delivery to to the front desk of the stroke rehab, they gave the package to some passer-by. They got the guy's name, but staff said no one by that name worked there. I spent hours on the phone with staff and Amazon trying to get my money back or locate the flowers. UPS hung up on me, staff manning their Twitter account flat out refused to be helpful, and those manning the customer service email were flat out rude. My husband's bank, the biggest in the nation, just went with FedEx instead, because he told them how UPS staff behaved in this matter. Actions (or in this case inaction and passing the buck) have consequences. I'd definitely fire some staff who obviously don't take their jobs very seriously and have cost you business UPS! Shame on you all!
