Love this store! We recently purchased an electric leather sectional and we love it!!! There are so many couches and sectionals on the floor. Would recommend to anyone! And don't forget to ask for Carla!

so rude, every associat.. they were speaking Spanish and because of my skin color they didn't think I spoke Spanish.. they talk bad about customers worse customer service ever. Mike the manager was very friendly he was rude at some points too, the tables were dusty

I bought a bed from this store the Manager was so nice and friendly. But she was being fake and lying to the customer just to sale her items. She told me there is no interest for 18 months but when I got my bail they charge me interst for it. When I call the store to solve my problem she told she will talk to her manager n call back, but it has been 4 weeks i didn't get a call nor they answer when i call the store.

They don't deserve a star! Worst customer service ever! I hate business who keeps changing their words! We customize chairs for our dining table, and the lady said if we customize it'll be here by March 26, and by March 26 we called they didn't answer the phone and we left a voice message. They called back and said oh the chairs won't be here until April 1st!!! Like seriously today is April 1st and they playing a fool on us! I called on April 1st and now the guy said oh it's actually May 1st when our chairs gets here! I'm waiting for my customize chairs and will never ever step my foot into this furniture ever again!! Not going to support this business again!

Me & the wife came in looking for a pub table set with bar stools right away we were greeted by Diana.G she was really outstanding really helpful they had the barstools & table i was looking for i ended buying 2 extra barstools we our really happy with united furniture i would recommend this furniture store! I recommend you see diana!

Not 5 stars because the sales associate was on the phone as she assisted me. I would have went elsewhere if I seen the same set. They have many styles of things to choose from. If you make a sale here make sure it's really what you want. My problem was I wanted to change the color of my purchase. They don't answer phones nor respond to your messages nor reply to emails. I had to drive there to change the color. However it was delivered the same day and set up as promised. After delivery I had another question once again the phones are not answered nor my voice messages responded to. Once again I had to drive back there again. I was pleased with my purchase and delivery but buyer beware if you need to get intouch with them again. Skip the phone calls and emails it's a waste of time. Just be prepared to drive back to get your questions answered. Customer service skills go a long, long way.
