Management should train their employees better. I got charged for a lot of hidden fees that the front desk admin did not explain.Be careful when you rent from this place and ask about the hidden fees!!!

Before I went on the U-Haul app to schedule a reservation for a pick up truck I called the store to ask if it was ok to pay with cash I was told yes. When I got there it was the wrong location from what i chose to pick up the vehicle. I got sent somewhere else and unfortunately they didn’t accept cash and I wasted time and gas and on the app it should say something about payment options it just ask for cc to make a reservation but I didn’t say payment due card only!

I came to get my propane tank fill but found out that staff was not certified. Poor customer service.

Had to wait 1 hour after I checked in due to no metal furniture dollies were kept at this location (even though they were listed on the website and I had them reserved). This forced me to buy two wood Dollies for $40.00. Drove 15 foot truck for about 25 miles and needed to purchase 6 gallons of gas to return fuel gauge to original position. Worst rental experience I have ever had with U-Haul.

The employees here suck & are lazy. I come here to "TRY" & get my propane tank filled for my BBQ grill & nobody ever wants to do it. Whats the point of having that type of service here when none of the employees want to do it. Theres an African American guy there that only does it when he feels like it or when he's Certified so he says. Tam O Shanter has way better service

I spoke with their pro hitch installer on a Monday and made an appointment with him at 9am that Saturday to install a hitch. I showed up on time, but he did not. I was told he would not be in until 11am. Horrible service, scheduling and a complete waste of my time. Beware if you choose to do business at this location, they do not value your time as a customer.

If I could give it zero stars I would they have horrible service and are very rude especially that white guy and on top of that they overcharged and they put insurance for me even though I told them I don’t need it and I have my own but he still charged me for it never coming back

I used to always go to this U-Haul to buy supplies…and spent good money there in the past but I will stop as of today. I parked my SUV in the equipment return lane (as I always have in the past) to pickup a bundle of boxes. I had surgery on my Achilles and walking the extra distances agitates my heel and knee. A worker immediately tells me, “You can’t park there.” No hello…no excuse me…just you can’t park there. Tried to explain I just want to get a bundle of boxes and leave and also tell about my injury but wasn’t given the chance to explain. There was no one there. No lines. No one returning equipment. No one. But to be peaceful, I parked my car in the area he wanted me to park. I then went inside and was met by the manager who had a very facetious tone when speaking to me after I mentioned what happened outside. I really was over it but could tell she was ready to defend the “don’t park in the return lane” rule even after I moved my car and…did I mention no one was there?!She asked me do I want my receipt and I jokingly said, “Yeah I better get it cause the vibe I’m getting around here, who knows what will happen?” The manager took what I said to heart and started giving me even more attitude. It was pretty surprising because I used to have a pleasant experience there but they lost several customers today because my family will stop going there as well after they hear this story. I suggest sharpening up on the customer service skills and politeness. It helps tremendously in business.

Do not honor price posted on sales floor knowing that price on sales floor are wrong and do not even care more interested on what was on there phone than what Customers needs
