“I have been coming to AC Euro trains for years and I might even be one of his oldest customers. He always has a good selection of locomotives and train cars on the shelf along with a good selection of layout building and other models. I definitely recommend this store for your yearly Marklin pre-orders too. Always good to call ahead of a visit. FYI.”

“Last Review for 2023 and it goes to Build A Bear for their honesty and service. I called ahead to ask how long the voice machine records a voice recording.. the lady lmk honestly that a couple people who came in earlier in the day it wasn't working for them. Then it worked for a lady but not her daughter so I should try the Modesto location. I definitely didn't wanna drive all the way to Modesto, so I tried my luck and to my surprise it worked and it was amazing! My mom finally told me 3 days before Christmas what she would love & that was a build a bear with my grandmas voice in it (who passed) and the minute she told me I gathered voicemails and mashed em all into one 17 second clip and boom! Headed over and luckily on first try it worked and came out beautifully.The customer service was great! It was prompt service. She was friendly & this is my third visit to this location thus far and every time the staff is always smiling and happy to help. I recommend this location to anyone looking to surprise their loved one with a memorable teddy!”

“The workers are super friendly and on top of it, even with cleaning when the store is full of unattended children disorganizing everything. 4 stars only because I dont like how 5 below in general does buisness with the "self checkouts" where they make their employees borderline harass you with questions they are required to ask.”

“I had an American Girl doll from the 1990's that was my daughter's and I wanted her fixed up to give to my granddaughter (she needed restringing and her hair had come off). Elaine did a terrific job and worked extra hard to get the job done in time to mail for Xmas. She even came in on a day off so I could pick up the doll early. I highly recommend Elaine's Doll House.”
