Worst tire shop I’ve ever been to. They left my old valve stems in and left me stranded and one reimbursed me for the price to get it fixed. They say “it’s not their issue”

Do not go here! They put new tires and the next day two ripped and did not want to replace. They wanted to charge again. After the alignment, car was swerving either too much to the left or too much to the right. They did a very poor job. Yes they give discounts but do not do a good job in getting your car delivered correctly.

Pulled up in the morning cuz I blew a tire and decided on a full set. I took 1 tire back home and told the guy who rang me up I'd be back in a few hours with the vehicle to install the other 3 and he said no problem. When I come back they were busy and the clerk tells me it'll be about 40-45 minutes for a lift I said no problem. I sat for about an hour and realized I'm seeing alot of new people and people pulling up and getting serviced so I asked the rep hey I've been here for an hour. He says I'm next when the next lift gets available. I stand outside and wait for a lift. I notice an employee welcoming another customer as they pull in and he gestures to the lifts so I told him I'm next for the lift I've been here for an hour and that i was there in the morning and have already paid and he shrugged his shoulders and asked if I checked in at the desk. I said go ask them and sure enough the clerk says I'm next. The cars still don't move and Carlos who helped me in the morning saw me and asked if I was good. I told him the situation and he got right to work on my car. Put it on Jack's in the parking spot and explained my situation to the other employee who admitted and apologized he didn't understand my situation and they worked together and got my tires on and I was good to go. So big shout out to Carlos who was a big help to me throughout the entire service.

Thank you Eli for all the good work . I Have been buying tires from Tire &Whell Zone since 2005 and have always had no problems with the tires or alinements and always the best prices . The work staff and office are very friendly and Professional .

Nice team and affordable, but had to visit several times to get issues resolved
Update: less than a year after all work done from this shop, I have had to replace both control arms and the rack and pinion that were installed by Tire & Wheel Zone, costing me another $2200. The rack and pinion was installed incorrectly and with a part not certified by GM. The ball joints on the control arms were just junk.
I called and asked them how we could address the issue, and was told a mgr would call me back. They never called.
Avoid this place. They are awful and don't know what they are doing

Inquired about tires on Facebook market place where this location advertised tires on sale. I used messenger to communicate with their representative and was told tires were available. Let her know I was going to be there at a certain time and when I arrived the guy told me they did not have those tires. I showed him the communication between their representative confirming tires were available. Said sorry and tried to upsell me a different set of tires. I said no thank you and is this how you conduct business. Been to this establishment 2 prior times in the past month. Will never go there again. This is what you call
BAIT and SWITCH..offer a certain product not to have it just to get you to buy a higher priced product.

If it was possible, I would leave a negative star rating. I went down to this place maybe 4-5 times only because they improperly installed something, or they didn’t install what I ordered at all. The first time I brought my truck in for a lift kit, they installed the wrong bushings and my suspension was clanking louder than the engine. Another time I had paid for new front shocks only to walk out with my receipt to look under the truck and find my stock shocks still on. This place installed ungreaseable ball joints too. You can imagine the noise it’s making. Not only this, my truck has had nothing wrong steering wise or with anything in the 15 years I have owned it. After using this company my truck has just really gone down hill. I do no recommend using this place even to my worst enemy.

These are my dudes at this spot . For personal vehicles and work vans . Changing of 4 or less tires. I have gotten brakes done as well. In a decent amount of time always. Rotors Changed . Wheel Bearings Changed as well . I have life time alignment for work vans and personal vehicles through Fire Stone. So I have not tried out the Alignments yet . But other than that what are you waiting on get on over there . Get you some rims or other works done ;-)

Eli thank you for all your help!! Man you really helped us out. Our van was shaking and we didn't know why. We googled this place and thought we gotta go because we felt it was serious. When we got there they were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Eli has great customer service and is on point. He figured out the problem in no time and kept true to the price he quoted us. Thank you so much for all your help. I definitely recommend this establishment.
