Says opens at 6am but sure enough, every time I am in a hurry the door isn’t unlocked. If the “OPEN” sign isn’t on, the door isn’t unlocked.

Oh, this place is very clean. The workers are very rude. They have a kid running the shop. I’m not even sure if he’s 18 yet I usually come here to dry and I gladly pay the price to dry. I recently walked in there and he said we can no longer try our closer mind you he does charge per dry none of the vending machines work by the way if your money gets jammed, you won’t be able to get your money until whenever he feels like coming to the laundromat

I visited this laundromat for the first time last week. It has 3 rows of washers, in multiple sizes, and a wall of dryers. The place was very clean. At 4-5 pm on a Wednesday, there were 3 people doing their laundry. Some Machines take quarters but most require a card that you load with cash. No ATM. I did wait outside due to the temperature in there but I guess that is to be expected. I spoke with the caretaker who is a very pleasant young man. He assisted me with an issue and was very nice to talk with. I will definitely be back.

Nice affordable laundromat in Thorton plaza. Very helpful customer service. The laundry card is very affordable given the generous wash prices. Also they offer coin payment wash as well. Low traffic & fast process. Thank you Thorton Laundromat

Cheap prices to wash. But i was under the impression it was feee dry here. And that money adds up unfortunately. But too expensive for my liking. Super nice staff.

Only a few machines take coins. The majority of the washers and dryers take a wash card. If there is more than one person using more than one coin machine then one either has to wait or buy a wash card. The cards cost $5.00 and then one has to add more money onto the card before it can be used. There's no toilet paper nor paper towels in the restroom. I understand people take them but, then a hassle to find a restroom to use. The owner did briefly come in

Horrible service, my card did not load the cash on it. Called and the owner called back did said someone would help me. A young guy walked in said I would not get my credit back from Friday. I told him to look back at the cameras he could see that I was being honest. I told him will no return back. Said okay then don't. Very rude. BTW no where to sit bring your own chair here. Ave 25. Gives you 4 min only.

No restrooms available. Dryers took over $1.00 to dry. $2.00 the clothes were still damp! Clothing came out clean. I used the biggest washing machine. Chairs uncomfortable.

Washing machines are all brand new they all work! Price is good but the best part is they wash fast and look good. the dryers all big so you get a substantial amount done at once. Not to mention the customer service here is great any problems there’s someone not far who is ready to help. Feels like you’re at home at times the customers that come in are all great I have to say it was a great experience to say the least come try it out for yourself this place needs to stay in map

I like the machines, I like that its usually quiet at the time that I go. However, its dirty & unkempt. There is no attendant (no code for the bathroom- someone always asks me when Im in there) & no free dry. If you need a wash and dry its dependable. If you are the owner of this business - I called and left a message in case you are looking for an attendant. Call me back, lets discuss.

Just starting using the laundromat over the last four months, when my washer broke. New floors and plenty new machines. All appeared to be working. Able to do a lot of loads at the same time quickly. Price is comparable to other places I have been. I have had no issues.

I love coming here the machines are new. It's always clean and I never have any problems. I come all the way from across town just to do my laundry here.
