Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get fit or just to be in a positive atmosphere.The Camp-6 Week ChallengeTotal Inches lost : 8 inTotal lbs lost: 11.5 lbsTotal fat loss: 3.8%May not hit the 20lb goal, but I had more non scale victories.I have less back spasms which was my primary goal.My mind feels less cluttered with brain fog. I look forward to starting my days rather then sleeping them away.I feel I have purpose again!Introduced to trainers who truly care & push you to become better.Told I was cute lifting baby weights and challenged to improve my strength.The members show up to self improve and they will also help guide you.I can lift up to 40lbs versus when i started with 10lbs.And most of all turned my can'ts into I can!Thank you "The Camp" for the overall experience & I can't wait to continue on with this journey in the coming week.

I recommend this place to workout, ?️♀️ The staff is extremely friendly and any questions you may have, staff or trainers answers quickly. Keep in mind that is your speed of how fast you want to see results...the discipline comes from you... be ready trainers are going to push you to obtain better results.

This is the start of my final week of this 6 week challenge. The trainers have been so encouraging and motivating. I never thought I would be able to work out like this, but I have seen myself become stronger in these last few weeks. If you have the desire to try something new, come try out The Camp!

This place is great the trainers are so helpful they really push for you to do more.. this is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The best motivator for me personally has been Alex TC he has encouraged me since day 1 and now joining his ATF Elite program has shown me that I'm capable of much more. Today was my first day at the Stockton Camp for the 6-week weight challenge. I was a little hesitant at first because of some of the bad reviews. I still decided to go in and give it a try. After my first FREE guest pass day I decided to commit to the challenge. Today was Day 1 for me and the coach was the the same nice person who took the time to explain all the rules and options for the challenge or membership. The FB posts requirement can be a little confusing at first, but ultimately it makes sense why it's a requirement. They absolutely keep you accountable. I've only trained with Lucy for my first day, and she was amazing. She makes sure to check in with you for all exercises and offers additional guidance and support to make sure you really got it. The fees are definitely worth it in my opinion because they are training you through this process. The knowledge you acquire will stick with you long term, sometimes you have to bet on yourself! All of the people attending have similar goals, I really like the sense of community. The best part is the flexible schedule !

The Transformation Camp is Life Changing. I struggled for a long time to get back into the gym and get back into shape, until I joined their 6 week challenge. The staff here are very friendly and supportive. The other members push you to be the best version of yourself by encouraging you and applauding your small victories. The camaraderie at The Camp is unmatched and it helps with knowing that this journey, although personal, it is a team effort and everyone is rooting for your success. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh start, something new, something challenging or something fun.

This review is solely based on my training with coach Alex T. I have been at the camp for a year now. I wanted to take my fitness goals to the next level. I signed up for Alex's elite program (which is offered to the camp members) in November & he encouraged me to sign up for a local deadlift comp. The training was intense, but my strength & gains were worth it! He is the trainer you need to keep you in line! He doesn't sugar coat anything, which is what I love! Def goes above & beyond to push individuals outside of their comfort zone. I never knew what I was capable of & just how strong I am. I just wrapped up my 2nd elite program with him & can say I have some gains to show for all of the hard work & training he put into the elite squad. Ready for February's program to start so I can get stronger! & of course the GAINS!!
