Due to some miscommunication, I brought Mom's Nissan in for service a day after the scheduled appointment. Bob was not fazed by this. He is very friendly and accommodating. I wish we had a similar business like this in Southern California where we can take our vehicles for service. Taylor Automotive is very professional and friendly!

I had a problem where my 2004 Accord just died, which is bad when I'm heading down US99 at 5 AM heading to downtown Stockton ACE station to take me over the Altamont. I had to turn it all the way off to start it again. In spite of this electrical problem, always known to be tricky to find the cause, they were able to find source of the fault in a loose ground connection on a wiring harness and get me back on the road again. I need a tuneup and I'll be taking it back soon, and look forward to seeing them again.
