Went here twice on different times. First time here no one greeted me like Hello? It was so awkward standing there and no one is akcnowledging me. 2 employees were there doing nothing. I just had to ask how to pay my bill because the switching from Sprint to Tmobile is extra work for me had to create and an account again etc I just want to pay and leave. But nope they dont do that there apparently. Smh. waste of time Second time I am in the mood to upgrade my phone and inquire about apple watch or maybe I could have gotten both if only they were not so cold to me. I will never step foot here ever again!!! Honestly employees are so lazy you will be embarassed to even ask question!!!

Called twice to ask if a phone i want to purchase is in stock. They said call back in 15 minutes both times. By the third time i called to ask they hung up right after my question!!! Terrible customer service. Will never shop here!!!

One of the worst customer service I have encountered, who ever is in charge of this location needs to evaluate their employees. You walk inside and instead of helping customers they paying bills on their phones. Rather drive 50 miles to get better customer service.

I don't like this location, All the workers come up to you, FOR WHAT..i'm not a celebrity and not comfortable with so many strangers in my face... I'm not sure if they get commission here but asking every time about watches & ipads is ridiculous

I arrived at 6:14 (6/24/21) and they locked their doors and closed on me. On their door the closing time read 8:00 pm. Searching their address on google, their closing time was 8:00pm. Even as im writing this review it says "closing soon", yet an hour ago they were closed. If you waste my time like that, I'm gonna drop a one star review. Cheers.

I was greeted upon entry of this store and treated like a valued customer. The store is very clean and well organized. They also carry hand sanitizer and wipes for your convenience. All of my issues were resolved while I was there and couldn't be happier. Kudos to management and the staff!

Be careful with what the associate say about deals might be lies to sell you a phone had gone in to upgrade my phone was told by one get one free would take a month to go through when it finally went through T-Mobile Associates on the phone told me that promotion does not exist

Their customer service has gone from 100% to 85%. I think they need to take time to listen and not just answer questions without listening to the whole story. But I'm still going to give you 4 stars!

I recently learned that the unlimited data I am paying for is not unlimited I have no home internet I use me My cell phone I got a text I have used all my data I can still get online but it will be slower than a snail They said the government the FCC Makes them do that I called FCC the say it is garbage. They were fined in 2014 for 40 million for going the same thing
