My son got cut on his ear mind you he complained the stylist snapped at him and said I went near your ear I did not touch it. In fact when hair cut was done she did cut his ear I told her she got him an alcohol pad and a band aid. However never apologized the kid came in for a hair cut not a ear cut apologize and maybe do not dismiss him if he says he’s hurt accidents happen but own up to them.

Went in for a haircut and the lady I got was not very sociable. I asked for a low fade and slight trim. I had about 8 inches on top and the sides were all grown out so I was in need of a cut. She originally gave me a 4 on the side which didn’t cut much off. When I asked her to go a little lower she did with hesitation and then rushed the rest of the fade. There was no styling after just done. My side doesn’t come down it is just sticking out.

I made an appointment online for 1230. I arrived at about 1210 and was taken right away. No waiting at all. I am very happy with the work done.. I got exactly what I asked for.
Requested style: I went in for a trim of my length and bangs
Stylist: I don’t recall my stylist’s name but he was friendly and did an excellent job.

Been a customer over 20 years, always have a good experience when I go there.
Requested style: I wear my hair short but it has waves in the back and if not cut right it sticks out, never have that problem here, always satisfied no matter which operator I have had.

Great haircut. Donna does a fantastic job.
Stylist: Donna listens to what you want and does that. Too many stylus decide how they want some thing done. I always leave satisfied.

It will be the stylist, I have a membership and he just explained it to me, leaving hair loose, I will go somewhere else but the Asian woman there doesn't know how to cut hair

This is my second time going to Kelly for my son’s haircut. For reference he is 1.5 yr. She has patience and she is quick ! Important when it comes to cutting a toddler’s hair especially who moves around alot. Would recommend her to others. I will be coming to her for his next haircuts.
