Ophelia is fantastic. She is always so knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell that she really takes pride in her job. She is always on the property making sure everything is maintained but will never hesitate to stop what she is doing to help a customer. Clean facility and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!!

Stay away at all costs. This place is notorious for gate problems. If you run a business from here and need access to your stuff after hours or on the weekends, I highly recommend you stay away from here. Gate has been down for 2 months and looks like they have no intentions of fixing it.

Great customer service. I was able to take care of everything over the phone. When I got to the unit everything was perfect. I especially appreciate the fact that the access to the unit was a strait shot for the moving trailer.
