My rental/storage experience has been fair(going on 7 months). The storage yard is kept clean and the employees respectful. Most important, my storage has been safe and secure. To my knowledge there hasn’t been any break-ins that I’m aware of. God bless?

I began renting a storage unit in June; I received notice that my rental rate was increasing an additional $20.00 per month in November. I just received a notification that my rental rate will increase an additional $20.00 per month.
Due to the multiple rate increases I decided to go through my storage and get rid of most of my belongings. While going through my storage I shreiked in disbelief because there were MULTIPLE Cockroaches in and around my boxes!!!
In addition, mice or rats chewed multiple holes in my boxed items!
I asked the on-site manager for help with the Cockroach and mice infestation; She said "We Don't Have Insurance for Pest Infestations."
I did not have Cockroaches nor a mice infestation when I moved my personal belongings into ADVANCED MINI STORAGE.
I am disgusted with the owner of this company.
He raised the monthly rate twice within a year, refuses to take responsibility for the roach and rodent infestation. My personal belongings are completely ruined.
How would the owner feel if this happened to him, his personal belongings?

rented a storage there for about 5 years. they are not protected from the elements very well. massive amounts of dirt/dust gets all over everything in the units from the surrounding fields.

horrible u sold my unit without notifying me i lost personal belongings pictures and what i had left of my father and my baby! i was told the buyer would let me get my photos back but all of you are liars i even went in the store to pay and i was denied! get ready for a huge lawsuit coming your way!! you people have no consideration for others! OH AND even when someone is ill and in and out of the hospital fighting for their lives, and has been in contact with the managers and whoever else works there! but i only got shut down without a chance to get my things and to the buyer i hope you feel my pain who keeps someone else’s ashes
