My daughter just purchased a new Honda CR-V from Stockton Honda. Their internet sales staff, Justin, was great. During on-line negotiations, as we were coming from the Bay Area, he was very clear regarding accessories added onto the vehicle and these additional charges were included in the negotiations. With another dealer we negotiated the price on-line. When we showed up to that dealer we were informed that $1500 in accessories are added to ALL vehicles (clearly a deceptive practice) and were non-negotiable. We walked away from that dealer and started the purchase process again.When we showed up at Stockton Honda we we treated by friendly personable staff. Chris showed us the car, explained all the features, and we went for a test drive. When we completed the purchase paperwork there were no surprises. Exactly the price we address upon with no additional charges. They detailed the car and my daughter was thrilled. Worth the drive from the Bay Area.

We visited the new establishment today. This was my first time her since I am from out of town but my son has been here a few times. Nice place with plenty of large screen TV's all over the place. Good selection of beers although they need to fix the issue with the Busch Light Tap. Although we only had the alligator bites (nice portion by the way) they were moist and meaty and served with a nice sauce on the side. All the food I saw come out and served looked well made. The person sitting next to us was pleased with his fish tacos and chips. Overall good place, good drinks and nice staff!

Friend buying a pre- certified car broke down not to long after a year, I thought it being an unfortunate thing, little did I know I buy my mother and father pre-certification car not even a year the Honda turns into shit too, they don't don't make it as they use too, They're just meant to break down I guess. Save your money or buy a brand new to get that full on warranty for wear etc that they keep hidden when going thru the contract. They should learn from Toyota.

Well, I went online and booked a 2:30 appointment for an express oil change. I arrived on time after a 45 minute drive in traffic. I assumed the service would take a maximum of 30 minutes but was told when I arrived that they were running late.2 1/2 hours later I was told my car was ready.Now, if I had just walked in without an appointment I could possibly understand the wait but I had an appointment and I arrived on time.Admittedly, Honda have called to offer an apology and offer a free oil change in the future however, 1) I have prepaid for my oil services for the life of the lease and 2) why would I drive 45 minutes to potentially wait another 2-3 hours for a simple oil change.Looks like I'm not the first person to complain about this kind of situation.I would suggest Honda either have dedicated personnel assigned to express services or eliminate the on line appointments for 'express' services.

I went in for an oil change on my 2020 RAV4 and came out with a 2023 RAV4 Prime! I've only ever owned 3 cars and each experience has been okay in the sense of feeling pressured and cornered. Javeed was the exact opposite. He was present and very positive! We waited a while for financial services was ready for us and that in between time he was attentive. Definitely recommend Javeed as your person for a positive car purchasing experience!

Purchased a new 2023 CRV Sport Touring a month ago and the experience was great. I got a true car quote and contacted them and got help from Brad. He was very responsive and let me know that I'd be first on the waiting list but car would take a month to be manufactured. No down payment needed to reserve. He Kept me updated along the way.Of course in the meantime I kept searching and out of the 2 dozen other dealerships I reached out to, Stockton honda had the best pricing. Comparable to all the other add ons other dealerships were offering you get more for your money from Stockton. Of course everyone told me they would bait and switch me when I came in to sign but they didn't and Brad reassured me.Overall I'd recommended Stockton Honda to anyone.Only downside was the trunk liner was not the hybrid one and I had to come back to swap it out.

Car buying is stressful, but these guys are fantastic. Text me on a Friday back and forth, then gave me a price for a 2023 Honda Odyssey Elite that no dealership can match. I know I have been shopping for some time, plus the first time negotiated a van through text. Even before heading out, call to make sure the van was set aside, and they promise it is and the price is the same as what they said in the text. So drove out from SF to Stockton to get a new van. Justin, Ryan, and Jennisyn made this purchase such a painless one. These guys honored the price for the van from what was said in the text, which is why it made it so easy to close this deal. That is really how business is done. If anyone is looking for a new Honda, go to them. Transparent and great to work with throughout the buying process.

Amazing service I felt like they cared about my needs and provided me with the best options I couldn't have got elsewhere. Took my car in for service there were other issues I was having caused by normal wear and tear. They completed my service and fixed my other issues without breaking my pocket. We had a wonderful experience with Carlos Luna as he showed us the lot and the options of vehicles to choose from. We sincerely appreciate his attention to us as customers and providing us the room to make a decision as opposed to a pressured decision. I purchased a 2001 Honda Prelude brand new from Stockton Honda over 20 years ago, fast forward as I've been in the market for a new car, I decided to explore Honda again. My initial phone conversations with Jomar were pleasant, I was understanding of the supply chain climate and Jomar was patient and communicative of what my asks were. Stockton Honda at the end of the day worked to earn my business, I walked away with a 2022 Accord Sport 2.0T, I took advantage of the Honda extended warranty as well as the Honda service contract to make these a little easier for maintenance and potential future price hikes. I love that we never settled on just a car and waited for what I wanted.

My husband and I went previously and Mr. Chris Fredrick definitely helped us in every way he could to help us walk out with our new Honda CRV that we absolutely love! I'm active duty military and was having a hard time finding a decent car in San Diego. Prices were absurd & I just didn't like all the sales tactics. While visiting family I decided to do some car shopping & we decided to stop at Honda right before closing time. Luna came out and asked us if we need helped and immediately pointed us in the right direction. We found several vehicles I liked & he went above and beyond even though it was closing time to allow me to test drive the vehicles & offered insight. I was still unsure so we exchanged information & I asked him if he had anything else in my range or slightly out of it please contact me. Sure enough the next day he found me several more cars all with everything I asked for! Though we looked at four other dealerships something about Luna's professionalism & commitment to finding me the car of my dreams while Staying in budget outshined every other car I'd considered. We came back in the following day & I left the lot with a beautiful car with everything I wanted and more! The car buying process was so unbelievably smooth thanks to him choosing to go above and beyond. He offered us drinks and snacks while doing paperwork & answered any questions we had. I only had one week to find a car & was able to find it in 2 days! Best customer service ever!

Brought my 2005 honda element in because it was stalling ,told the rep.maybe fuel filter..they never found the problem but gave me 2,000.00 estimate for a bunch of bs. .fuel filter was never checked ! Had the engine checked two weeks ago, with no codes. They seem to just up sale on repairs.beware! They didn't charge the 185 dollar diagnostic after my complaint.

I had talked on the phone about buying an accord hybrid EXL. The sales guy said they had one and sent me the paperwork. When we got out there - a 2 hour drive away where my partner and I both had to take off work - they tried to sell us a non hybrid. At first I really thought I messed up then other dealers would send us non hybrid paperwork after talking about a hybrid on the phone. I felt used and gross when I realized they got me to distrust myself. I can't necessarily say other dealerships are better but just beware and don't trust them. Trust what's written and what you can otherwise verify, but do not trust them.
