So much unfairness in the bulk department, and to top it off one of the supervisors is really unfair with Hispanic associates, really sad that favoritism and racism is happening.

Yesterday I went to pick up my nephew from work. I waited awhile in the car and it was hot. I then decided to go into the office. Once I got in there, I told the Security Guard who I was There to pick up, he was very nice. He asked If I wanted water and handed me two bottles of water and directed me to an ice machine and to a place to sit while i waited for my nephew to come out.

I ordered from Staples. Received a box that was completely torn and taped back together. UPS handed and said it was like this. 7 items were oily feeling. The 24 colored pencils box waa ripped and only 8 pencils. 2 of them had been used and not sharp. They refused to only send colored pencils. Said would send 7 and I could just refuse box. I will not be dealing with Staples again.

A great customer to deliver too. I been here before and they usually take about less than 1.5 hours to get the trailer unloaded the staff is friendly and helpful I’ve never had any problems with them

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES AT ALL, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR VOLUME. SUPERVISORS ARE THE LAZIEST YOU'LL EVER MEET. THEY CALL 14 HOUR DAYS AND DON'T WANT TO HELP. THEY EXPECT YOU TO BE THERE EVERY SINGLE DAY AND THEN THEY GET MAD IF YOU TAKE A DAY OFF OR CALL OUT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET A BETTER JOB.

Currently ordered a laptop from center to ship to store. My first order was cancelled because I missed some verification they needed to do over phone after order was one day away from delivery date. Reorder same laptop, called next day and they told me it would be in store later that day, so now just hoping it will be there by the time it originally said but total time waiting so far is about 17 days from first order. Hope other people have better luck :)
