I been using this laundromat for 4 years and have never left a review until today. This morning the debit card readers were not working. I was approached by the female worker to tell me that the debit card is not working but I can get you cash for a $2.00 fee. I asked her if she could waive the fee since it was not my fault the debit card readers are not working. She said no. I asked her to charge my card $10.00 cash so I can get coins to start my laundry load. I get my $10.00 and she asks me if I want my receipt, and I say yes, only to find out that she charged me for $20.00 and with a $4.00 surcharge. She then gives me attitude about her mistake and tells me to stop complaining when it was a $4.00 inconvenience. It took me everything not to snap on this female who is working at probably minimum wage, as if $4.00 is not important (especially around xmas). Yes it is only $4.00 honey, but were you trying to pocket the extra $10.00 if I didn't ask for my receipt? Then I receive attitude? Eff that chick!

DO NOT go here. I am here tonight with my 5 year old daughter and I asked the employee who says her name is Marciela for change for a 20 because I dident need 20 dollars in quarters. She was very rude and said we don’t give change. I said are you sure because I just got change in Sunday and she said yeah really. I proceeded to talk to my 5 year old and she backs up and says excuse me, what did you say and started cursing. I said don’t curse in front of my daughter. She went off the handle and started threatening me. I got my phone from my 5 year old to record her and she went crazy. Saying she is going to break my phone. She then proceeded to walk around me and grabbed my phone. I am waiting on the police now.

This laundry mat is usually clean there are plenty of washer and dryers. They have 3 big load washers and 3 big dryers and then two different size machines that are smaller. But it is nice. I recommend it.

I went in this afternoon and the worker was very polite and helpful. I love it when I catch her when I go in to do my laundry, she always provides great service and is busy making sure it’s clean around the laundry mat.

The only polite respectful put together lady that works there is the red-headed Hispanic lady she is very polite very on things! I one time was going to bring my blankets in there she quoted me 50 something dollars. The heavy set white lady didn't want to do my blankets so she said it was $68!!!!! I'm sorry but handle business or don't work there!!!!!

I like it here clean the only thing that doesn't have is air conditioning but it has fans you get there earlier in the morning and ain't too bad I wouldn't go there after 9:00 and a.m.

It's so clean in here. It's 10:22pm and it's quiet and very clean. This is my new place to do laundry. You would figure where it's at there would be alot of crazy people around here. Nope. Great place

This place was clean but when it came down to ask to buy a bag of soap this young girl who works there was just horrible, rude, and she has such a bad attitude, she look like she having a bad day, but very wrong to treat customer with bad manner not the way to keep people coming back. If you don't speak Spanish these females treat you different. There need to be some where we're somebody speak English. " OWNERS REALLY TRAIN THESE GIRLS before hiring them.BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!JUST EXPESSING MY OPINION!

This is my go-to place when I have a sh$t ton of laundry to do or big bulky items because by far they have the best value and the most amount of extra large machines. They take cards which is a huge time saver and a major plus for me. Yes the parking lot is a bit small and yes it can be a bit crowded during peak hours but this is a safe and clean place with lots of space to do your laundry. I have always had pleasant experiences with all the staff here. They are prompt and courteous and attentive to my needs. Thank you spin cycle !
