My mom didn't dry her clothes completely and asked me was I able to fully dry my clothes and I said yes because it's free. I just pay for the wash.

I used the drop of service, and many of my valuable work clothes including high end scrubs (medical work uniforms ) and many special T-shirts , hooded sweatshirts, specific t-shirts from travel(one of a kind shirts) as well as socks went missing. Were told a very regular customer took them “by accident “…never to be returned again. The owner was very sad to say that “they lost a great customer in HIM” … DO NOT RECOMMEND, 0/10

Some machines have no hot water with no signs posted. Laundry scent beads won't melt and are wasted. On site manager says she posts no hot water signs but people take them off. Weird. There's no refund signs posted!She said *sorry" I did not ask for one but no offer to refund and move clothes to a washer with hot water. Bad customer service. Editing to 4 stars for swift resolution. ?

Owner very nice/polite and very knowledgeable on how to do laundry. The whole building/bathroom is very clean. People were respectful and polite. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I have been dropping my laundry off here for awhile now. I love the service and attention to detail the ladies give. Every time I drop a load off there has not been an issue. They seem like they want to get it right every time. I highly recommend this place if you need to drop off laundry in the future.
