Bought a sleep number Was not happy with the bed. Is felt like a glorified Air mattress Would not recommend this bed to anybody.If you need to return it, they will not give you a full refund.You will be charged for the drop off and pick up this product is not worth your money.

Mario was an outstanding sales rep and pleasure to work with . I’m sure he had thoughts I had ghosted him but it’s time to retire my old sleep number bed that’s 23 years old but how cool you could look me up as a customer when I bought that bed in SoCal . Really impressed on how far sleep technology has gone

Was very please with Erica's customer service, knowledge of product and honesty. Purchased a mattress and pillows. Waiting for delivery of mattress but pillows are as amazing as Erica described.

Eric and Erika were really great at explaining how the beds relieved our pressure at the highest pressure points. It was really interesting how being in 0 gravity setting and going back to the flatto the flat back to the flat position and how it stretched my spine out relieving pressure in my back. And my wife and i were treated very well the whole time. We walked out of the stare happy after purchasing our new California King size bed. Which will be delivered in acouple of weeks due to the furniture that we ordered taking alittle bit longer to get.

While on husbands work trip from DC, we decided to try out SN beds. Erica provided my husband and I the best demonstration of the various beds to suit our needs. Her patience, passion in the beds technology made us more knowledgeable of our specific needs. Best thing out of the visit, my husband is now open to an adjustable bed! If you look for a good bed no more looking go to the sleep number in stockton ca off Pacific ask for Art, he was fantastic wasn't there just to sell he made sure you got what you wanted not what he thinks you wanted, took time to show us and tell us about the difference of the beds and didn't try to sell us the most expensive bed. Absolute worst customer service ever. I've been waiting on a new part to inflate our bed and it's been on "backorder" for the last 3+ months. Every time I call they tell me it's coming it's coming. Put me on hold hang up on me and never answer my questions. Today I was told again it's on back order. Worst customer service ever. Do not buy from sleep number because they do not support their product. They do not supply replacement parts when paid for.

This review is not a slam against this sleep number store but at the company as a whole. A year ago my wife and I purchased a bed from this location who by the way were very kind and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. My problem came just a week ago when I called the customer service for a warranty issue. Our mattress was sliding off the foot of the bed about 4 to 5 inches. After investigating it I realized it really came down to a design flaw as the magnets that hold the mattress in place were fine but being sewn in to the mattress fabric itself was the problem. Over time fabric will stretch with movement. I do a lot of tossing and turning at night do to a bad back. I did ask the store salesman if it would stand up to my tossing and turning all the time. They informed me they haven’t had a problem based on normal wear. Anyways called customer service and they told me in order to get a replacement cover and have it installed I would have to come out of pocket over $400. I asked why when it’s under warranty. Customer service informed me I purchased the bed in Oct 2021 so I was almost 2 months outside my warranty. I asked what happened to the 10 year warranty on the mattress. Sorry sure that os for the top of the mattress for manufacture failure like a rip. I argued back and forth with this lady and the best she could do was not send someone out to install the replacement cover and still charge me 35% the cost of a new cover which was still over $200. This is not good customer service when I paid in full with cash at the store. I won’t do business with sleep number ever again.
