They all need a good lesson in communication. Cause that is what they all lack. Yes, they do have a lot of excuses. But. Instead of excuses. Why don't they just follow thru with what they are offering or promising? Amy is a joke. Gene. Did call his client after I asked jim to. But he should have done it without me asking.Whats the problem guys???? And have you also noticed, not once have they addressed all our concerns.Just very poor customer service they should close their shop.

Their services were lacking, not too friendly either. The woman working there had somewhat of an attitude saying that she doesn't know what she could do and essentially said to look to elsewhere for supplies. also no technicians in at the time of this writing.

Line always goes to voicemail. I walked in on March 2 with a prescription for a back brace. The black guy was on the phone. Finally, he took the prescription and told me he had to call for authorization and would call within a week. A week later he says he has yet to get authorization and to check back. Another few days go by with no call so I go back just to be told I should try calling my insurance. I don't believe he tried and he's on the phone cupcaking not calling insurance. I ended up finding another place on Harding. Very professional. This dude should be shut down!!!

Poor service and even worst communication. I am a home health professional and had have multiple issues trying to deal with this company all we were trying to get was a wheelchair and it's been over 6 weeks. Certain documentation is needed to be in place to get her after the equipment but there is no communication or what is needed I've had to call in the bother this guy multiple times over the past couple weeks. I wish the doctor would have sent to another provider

I really don't want to deal with this company. Unfortunately they are the only one left within 20 miles that can get what I need . I'm really tired of the ducking and dodging Gene does avoiding just about all phone calls or has the ladies in front answer and just tell you he's at a meeting or not in . I understand it takes time to get my supplies in because they are special order upon demand , but this is ridiculous . I don't know who the owner of the supply shop is but they need to fire Gene and get someone in there that will do the job required . If you are reading these reviews take them seriously and go back to your doctor and ask for them to find someone else if possible.

Gene restored my faith in humanity. Had exactly what I needed and then gave it to me and sent me on my way without taking my name, any contact info or any money!! Just wanted me to have doc fax him a prescription so he could bill Medicare. Who in this world is so trusting nowadays? I will return if I need other medical equipment

They have had my power chair since 01-05-16, all that needed fixed was one of the very front little tires & fork! It is 07-15-16 they still have it, still have not fixed it. Every time I call,Gene will duck & dodge me. He has the girl there tell me he's in a meeting EVERY TIME I CALL!!! Right!! Meeting for what, you don't ever DO ANYTHING!!

This facility needs to be far more honest to customers and more caring of their needs not monetary purpose first! Several weeks I had to wait for a product that should have only taken two days! Excuse after excuse which none were true. Over charged, not properly measured has caused so much discomfort. But being fair and saying with far better mature , honest management ,not putting $ first but the customer you may have a chance. .... good luck

One star is far more then deserved but have to choose something to write a review! This company needs to be investigated by the BBB! They are liars and incompetent! They deal with real people who have real needs and problems,yet don't address these needs and problems! I have now had to call my insurance to get involved which I shouldn't have to do anything! Looking into another company as of now. Fair warning, do not rely on this company for anything.

This has to be the worst ran company. My mother was sent home with orders from the dr for a wheelchair to be delivered to her home the next day. It never showed up. Their reasoning for this was there was another patient with the same first name so my mom was disrearded and i was treated like it was a simple mistake. No read your orders! Then i was told it wouldnt be till Monday till they could get one here. I called now they r saying they may have to go through another company. Im so upset my mom has dementia and because of the wait she will have missed two drs appointments. Also i add their customer service is unbearable. They have no answers and just give u the run around. No i would not recommend this company if u have the choice i urge you to go another rout.
