Service personnel were professional and wanted to make sure my washer was working properly. They tested it several times thru the washing cycles to make sure there were no other issues. The techs were knowledgeable,courteous and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.

I am very very disappointed with this Sears Service. I have asked to speak to a supervisor at least 3 times being told someone would call me, NO CALL. I have had to have the repair person over to fix my stove 4 times which should have taken 2, one to find the problem and order the parts, which was not done correctly the first time, 2nd time repair was scheduled NO ONE CAME third time the parts were not ordered correctly so could not fix the stove again and now today I got a call from Mike stating he had 2 people in Stockton then would be on his way and 2 and 1/2 hours later he still was not here knowing how upset I was the last time he was here and the parts were not ordered correctly. Your 4 hour window is TOO LONG and is very difficult to have someone sitting at my house multiple times just to get an appliance fixed. UNACCEPTABLE. I STILL WANT TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR! I had my refrigerator fixed by your company and was very up set with the second service man that came, He did not even want to put in the NEW part and said the old part was good, yet I was not getting ice. What is up with that? Again, I want to speak to a SUPERVISOR about your services and hope that after that we can work better together.

Technician came in to check out appliance issue. Discovered issue right away and recommended replacement. Not knowledgeable about warranty or extended service plans and didn't bother to look up if ours was active or not. Friendly, arrived early, but would probably not use again due to lack of knowledge about general services offered by Sears.

Technician was smelling alcohol and his hands and fingers were shaking. He was not ready to spend even 5 minutes more to check for the reported problem whereas he spent first 15 minutes to just take the pictures of the gas dryer! Very bad experience!!

The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Described in detail what the problem was with my refrigerator. At an estimated cost of $930 to repair the refrigerator l chose not to proceed with the repair and only paid the $129 diagnostic fee.The Technician ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Cost for repair ⭐️⭐️

Do not get appliances from Sears!!! They used to take care of you, service was if the utmost importance, I know because I worked in large appliances for 20 years. I left to get my teaching job 20 years ago. Now service is 100% gone. Now Sears sends you to a third party who is only there to take advantage of you. DO NOT GET APPLIANCES FROM SEARS! This third party would only come out to look at the "two" year old built in microwave for $250.... which does not apply toward fixing it.... which they wanted $375 for a part plus $175 to install the part. Of course they know it's a color2² that matches the discontinued color of the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. There is no Sears service anymore! DO NOT GET APPLIANCES AT SEARS!!!!!!!!
