I was wanting to make an appointment and the lady I was talking to said she wasn't working that she wasn't available??? I'm sorry but I'm still confused lol.... Can I make an appointment??? Well I guess she told me what kind of service they provide lol well Salon Allure & Spa I definitely don't want to go to you guys.. Haven't been seen or received service and you already left a bad impression, I'll be going somewhere else

I've been going to Sonya for years and she never disappoints me. Her blonde is by far the best I've ever seen. She's super sweet and professional and I love sending her new clients since she literally is the best ever. She's definitely worth the drive to Stockton

Shandra never fails me! I went to her because I knew she would help me achieve the hair I ultimately wanted. First I went in there with uneven hair color and not to mention i also had RED in my hair. With my experience I knew that if i wanted to get to the BLONDE i'm asking for, it will be a process and I knew I wasn't going to achieve that with the first or second session! I put all of my trust into shandra and I'm glad I did because not only I got the hair color I wanted, my hair isn't dead! All I gotta say is trust the expert and trust the process! Thanks again, Shandra!

Since I can't comment back on shondra's comment on my previous review here's your response. No I don't have black dye in my hair this is incorrect my hair is naturally black. The ends maybe 10% of my hair had reddish tones. I've dyed my hair from my natural black color before. Black to balayage and turned out fine- I also showed you these pictures after you turned my hair red orange and yellow. Also, yes I did agree that it won't necessarily turn ash blonde like I want right away I'm aware as I've had a balayage in the past for multiple years. You also never responded to my 3 texts earlier this week, I also called you 3x however it went straight to voicemail so I left a voicemail- still no response. I'm assuming at this point you have me blocked. In addition, I commented on my Venmo payment to refund me - again no response from you. Please don't try covering this up. This is severe unprofessionalism on your end and lack of communication which is vital in a customer service job.

I've been going to the same stylist for a year and he does a great job, but I had to get a new stylist and she was good too, but I have to say that the chair rental is ridiculously expensive, the most I ever paid to get my hair done, so not too happy about that part.
