Check your receipt! Some sale items don't register... It's happened to me more than once. I questioned the management about it, being 3 days into the sale, "What about all those people that have been ripped off?" They had nothing to say... I see Class Action Lawsuit!

Had an order 4 days in advance and they refused to take my order over phone. This gentleman decided to hang up on me when I said ok thank you on phone. With no response from him. This happened may 23 at 507 pm for An order 4 days in advance.

I’ve only been in this store twice. The first time I went in before all the barricades had been installed and second, last week. I went in for Mucinex and Tylenol for my husband. I started walking towards the registers and a lady told me I had to pay for those at the register in the alcohol aisle. I didn’t know that and I didn’t even see her at the register, and I said “oh! Okay!” And I did what she said. It was an Indian lady in her forties. I went up to her, and she started looking me up and down to profile me. I know that because I used to work in retail when I was a teenager and I can recognize someone who believes another person is acting “suspicious” and try to give them “appropriate customer service.” I pulled out my card and started to pay, and still looking at me like I was a criminal trying to steal Tylenol, she passive aggressively suggested I should sign up and submit my phone number so I could save money. I told her no thank you because I barely come into the store unless I can’t find something at another store. However I get my gas here all the time. Anyway, it’s appalling to see, even with the barricades and extra security, your employees not trying to hide the fact that they’re profiling people in the store by their looks. Legally, it could and will get you in trouble. I learned that in retail. Hope you pass along the message to that employee that she did her job poorly and shouldn’t treat people like criminals for wearing a sports bra, tank top, and blue pants.

I love late night shopping and I can understand the suspicion of theif, but security and staff both following people around and make it so obvious makes people uncomfortable and this isn't the first time .. my gf told to leave everything and let's go shop somewhere else and I agreed . I won't be going there anymore

Went to safeway on pacific in stockton today and bought some carne asada meat from meat department the carne asada meat was very old i went back to exchange it and an employee named Jackson working behind the meat counter was very helpful i am happy i ran into him so he could help me he had a very positive attitude and he was very helpful kind and apologetic i hope more employees can learn from him cause I’ve met a couple employees who did not help much meat manager please check your meat before someone ends up with food poisoning thank you

One Saturday awhile ago I watched the cashier Damon at self check-out try to get into a fist fight with a customer. That little rascal is always getting into it with the customers. Pure entertainment! Horrible service!!!

For a big store there is often empty spaces where sale items should be. I welcome the efforts to stop shoplifting as the cost of groceries is high enough. The deli is the best part of this store. It is well stocked and has a wide variety of meats, cheeses, and salads.
