My son and I went to the store today to get ice cream cone, I asked the cashier(he was African American manager, didn't get the name) if he can give me ice cream so i can go get my medince after. My son is autistic and was getting very impatient so i told the cashier that "my son is autistic and is getting very impatiet and if you can please put ice cream in the cone, " he said "IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM THAT HE'S AUTISTIC, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM" and then he started talking on the phone and then start filling the cone and gave me the wrong flavor. I ended up paying for both cones because he was giving me so much attitude for HIS FAULT. Such a terrible costumer service. He was very rude, when I asked for a manger, he said he is the manager. Terribly poor customer service.

There was only 2 workers and one of them was the manager. My grandmother and I were waiting to pay for our items and get ice cream. The manager acknowledged us and preceed to scan boxes as wait. We never received any help, it very frustrating espically when we were the only ones in the store. This was at the location 4774 West Lane

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've used in Stockton (4774 West Lane). The employees are rude, lazy, slow and dishonest. Dont bother calling as you'll be on the phone waiting for an hour or more. You'll get your meds faster and hassle free by going to a pharmacy that is packed/super busy.

This store manager was extremely rude to me when I attempted to ask a couple of questions. I will no longer be using this pharmacy. Be aware it is hard to get any one to answer the phone in the pharmacy.

So sad, Awful customer service.They don't put any prices on their seasonal items. When asked they'll check it for you but, still charge you extra full prices. After going back to ask why? Instead of checking or apologizing for what had happened. The cashier automatically accused me for not entering my rewards account number. After explaining that I did and witness by my husband. He still made it my fault that I didn't do it correctly. Such Awful customer service. So Rude. Never again

Went here on Super Bowl day, my review is base on the old cashier man with the attitude. Every time I go here, he is always grumpy, unprofessional and customer service has declined. I don't mind paying for over priced products if the customer service is better, shoot until then, I'll take my money somewhere else.

I've been picking up my prescriptions at This rite aid pharmacy for years and I like to say that they are prompt in getting my prescriptions, they are very helpful and courteous. I've been to other pharmacies that are not rite aid, to pick up my mother's prescriptions and I've had to wait 45 minutes in line. The longest I've had to wait for my prescription in like is 5 minutes, I usually call ahead to see when my prescription won't be ready and it usually is pretty within the hour of my doctor sending it in.
