Gloria from the Stockton,ca made your business lose on my purchase because she lied and I cannot trust a this business. Your promotion said no deposit or money until Feb 3 if your use coupon. She lied and said that promotion was that first payment wasn’t due until February 1 , but i still needed to give a deposit of$55 deposit. She made no sense and I’m a paralegal so I read all print on documents.

Horrible horrible horrible! I went easy route to get a bed through rent a center. Didn't deliver on the date supposed to be delivered. Then told me that I only part of the bed and not the whole bed! I purchased the frame and mattress in the box with Gloria on the phone. She told me several times that the mattress becomes with it! The staff Gloria, Anthony, and another guy is rude and unprofessional when I tried to resolve. Thank God I recorded everything because the staff completely lied. Only received a partial payment back with nothing to show for it. The worst experience ever. Corporate will be called and I've already left a review with Better Business Bureau.

I would rate it 0/5 stars if possible - CUSTOMER BEWARE This the worst store/business I've ever encountered; I signed my lease in the middle of November for a refrigerator that was in their warehouse ready to be delivered. I waited the 3-5 days for a "confirmation text message" that never arrived. After I called the store to inquire, I was given the runaround by the store manager for an additional 2 days until the weekend hit. I was left without information for those 2 days as well, I called their customer service line the following Monday. I was then told the store would be contacting me the next day, that never happened. I called back to customer service to inquire again, and was connected to the store directly, in which I was assured my fridge will be delivered that night (1.5 weeks passed their initial promise date), and the cause for the delay this whole time was logistics. I've now been trying to coordinate a pick-up for almost a week now, and still haven't gotten a response. The store manager is not helpful, and is off into space most of the time he is communicating which is likely the cause of all of their "logistic issues". Total Time of Rental from Point of Signature: 4 weeks Total Time of Rental from Point of Receipt to Current: 1.5 weeks Seems strange to be charged for an agreement of something I didn't have possession of for 3/4 of the current time. Also: I was told by their customer service several times that a District Manager would be reaching out to me within 24-48 hours (the first time was 3 weeks ago, 2nd time was 1.5 weeks ago, 3rd time was yesterday afternoon) - I still haven't received a call back from the first time, or the second. My advice for anyone looking to deal with Rent-A-Center is to try and find the same appliances somewhere else, you will have better service literally anywhere else. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED HERE.

Didn't want to give one star Gloria is very disrespectful got approved for 2400 credit and she told me I can't get more than one item the sectional I wanted was 1k and I wanted a TV stand for 500 she was a waste of my time .
