Andrew really did us a solid!We were in need of a Cold Storage close to a customer facility that couldn’t receive my freight 2 days later. – Remind you, we had to storage frozen bread.You know it’s always so frustrating not knowing the areas when shipments go wrong. I’m located in Canada, ON. So any Dispatcher/ Customer Service person out there knows the feeling of panic in this situation.Called Andrew, saved the day! – He really helped us out.From A to Z. - Holding onto paperwork and sealing the freight… This facility really went above and beyond.Couldn’t be more satisfied using this company.I recommend Reliance Cold Storage for all!Thanks again Andrew!

Had a delivery in Sacramento that unfortunately was turned away due to insufficient space. Andy at Reliance helped out by immediately opening his doors allowing us to unload the product in their cold storage on a Friday afternoon, and then approving a truck for pickup Monday morning with no proper planning. Saved me from a major bind. I couldn't be more satisfied using this company.
