I am vary disappointed with this Quest location and the Quest app.My 78 year old mother had an appointment at this Quest location on May 01, 2023 @ 9:00. She arrives at her appointment at 8:45 to find this Quest location is temporarily closed. This was a big inconvenience and now her Doctor will not have her labs for her appointment. She is now considering changing to Sutter or Kaiser where everything is in on location.Why wasn't an e-mail or call sent to the patients that had appointments scheduled due to closure and have them reschedule with another Quest. The system shouldn't have let a patient schedule an appointment for a closed facility.

I love how patient the lady in the office are when I come in with my 79 year old mother. I always make an appointment, so we’re pretty much in and out without any hassle.

So let me start off by saying I’m legally deaf. I walked in for my appointment, checked in. There was a Filipino male working who had a wedding band on. He was trying to help me, the first time he asked me a question I couldn’t hear it ( it was about my insurance). He very rudely responded, with the answer. I could understand if I kept asking. But I asked him one time. I then calmly said reschedule my appointment bro you’re very rude and disrespectful. I feel embarrassed and ashamed to be deaf now. What’s this world coming to that you can’t even go to the doctors to try to get help without being treated with disrespect.

If I could leave negative stars I would but overall the WORST quest diagnostic place I’ve ever gone to. The Asian guy in the front was soooo unprofessional and rude and not helpful at all. I ended up rescheduling my appointment at the quest diagnostics by winco foods. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I took my 2 year old in for blood work. The employee “Ben” was very aggressive with my child. When removing the needle from my child’s arm he was pushing on the gauze with his whole body which made my son cry even more than what he already was. Then he said he wanted to puncture him again. Idk how he even felt comfortable to make a comment like that. Maybe he was having a bad day but I definitely don’t recommend this facility

If i could have left no stars or even negative stars, I would. They need to close this Quest Diagnostics if they're gonna have rude and unprofessional health care providers. The first time I came in here for my son's bloodwork the lady was very rude and said I needed to make an appointment... Okay but that's what the kiosk is for ?♀️.. to make and check in for appointments if they didn't want to help... what was the point of making an appointment if i had to go and see that the lab was closed. I was infuriated because I had spent time and gas and had even waited. My son has been needing his bloodwork since 22 this month and they had this one appointment yesterday at 3:20. They close at 4 but the lights were off and i had even waited for 30 minutes hoping to see someone open the door... and the phone number is for a quest in nevada ?♀️ unbelievable. Just close the place down if you want to close early, or at least inform people that their appointment has been canceled...

The worst service! The lady from the front desk she very rude! I have an appt and the clinica was closed. I just went to spend gas and time, and plus the xlinic is very dirty.

I made an appointment at 8:40am and the clinic is closed. There is no one here even though it says they open at 8am.

Bad (absurd, inconsiderate) customer service; you make an appointment way ahead and with plenty of time just to find this location closed. Who cares if you had to miss a days work to tend to their hours, please they need competition...

Terrible customer service. Some people couldn't scan their QR or locate their apt by entering their info. I tried to help them but was only able to assist some. The sad thing is, I shouldn't have to I am not an employee. They call names and walk away intentionally to not deal with anyone, where is the help? The service? The short Asian woman working this morning in such a bad mood. I feel bad for the people waiting and it's passing their service time because they were unable to check in.

Jan. 20th, 2022 at 8am This location has people with the worst attitude! I've been going here for years and it hasn't change. The front lady who works here is extremely rude! I told her that I came in here for two patients (my dad & brother) and immediately she interrupts me and says "well I'm only one person so I'm only taking one at a time." I was like "yeah I know but I'm just telling you." Then after giving her the insurance cards.. she realized that I gave her the wrong cards but she never even told me whose cards she needed. With attitude she says, "this is the wrong person" and I responded, "yeah and that's what I was trying to tell you because I don't know who I'm checking in for first." Take my advice, please go somewhere else! Although, the service is quick with an appointment.. there are many other locations who will give you a better experience. Especially if you have parents who's second language is English... I'm telling you the ladies here will not talk to them with respect.
