The bad employees no longer work there!! This place was great. Quick, kind and gentle when it came to drawing my blood. The girl taking my blood was very professional and nice. She chit chat with me casually and the process went by super quick. She was very friendly!

I went there today and I was scared cuz the last one I went to they were rude and couldn't even get blood but I went to California street where Marie and she was the best ,! I'm talking she's great she was nice and had no problems getting blood and I'm a hard stick thank you and remember Marie. Is the best and her regular location is magnolia st.

They are friendly, I didn't have an appointment, I checked in, there were several people waiting, I waited about 25 minutes, it was almost my turn, I had to take my girls to school, I told the receptionist that I had to take my girls to school, she told me the option to make an appointment or I could come back and register again, come back that same day and just wait 10 minutes

The young girl (Dominic) at the front desk was very short and rude. Poor customer service.

This place is HORRIBLE. The nurse that attended me had a really bad attitude. I was asking her important questions and would just answer with such an attitude. She was legit hurting me with the needle , and I’m bruised up now !
