Not impressed, staff were rude. I was absolutely price gouged for envelopes.. and they apparently do lot have the capability to ship using QR codes? (modern technology). Simply will not return.

I would like to start off by saying, I was a walk-in customer needing some service, Postal plus is my go to office away from home. I have used a couple of their sets done I am totally satisfied. The owner has been a truly a blessing to work with, you do not find many people with his concern for your business like this anymore. Clean,well stocked and very knowledgeable. Thank you again

Be aware of missing social security mail that runs through there. Had some family members mail sent there three times by the Social Security office and all pieces of mail never arrived. Opened a claimed with SS and they are looking into it with their fraud dept. They did say that the mail sent to the postal service did move on from there, but family member never received it from Postal Plus, who knows. Just be aware. Could be something or nothing.

$1.00 fee for 2 pieces of 3” strips of packing tape. ?If my Amazon return ends up missing, I’ll know why too.Go to a real UPS store.This place is a joke. lol

Severely under staffed. I waited for 30min for a passport photo and had to leave because I had groceries in the car that I didn't want to spoil. There were only 2 people ahead of me and one guy behind the counter. I could see another sitting in the back so not sure what the staffing is like. I would not recommend this place for anything urgent. If you have all day to send a letter or make copies go there.

Don't do business with Postal Plus. I have been a loyal customer for four years and last year, when Postal Plus changed owners, I moved my mail box to another postal company, as I did not like what the new owner was doing with his business. Because Postal Plus is considered a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA), you CANNOT submit an address with the United States Postal Service. For 11 months I kept my mail box and as I received mail, I would make an address with the company or business. When my contract was up, I informed the owner I was closing my mail box. When asked what he was doing with my mail, he said he would return it to the sender. I informed him according to the USPS website, CMRA's had to hold mail for six months. After going back and forth with him about his policy and him not be able to find my contract, he gave me my mail in July but today, when I went to get my mail, he said I would have to pay to have it delivered to me. He does not care or have any type of customer service and is only looking to make a buck off people.

Postal Plus at 2339 West Hammer Lane in Stockton, California is a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter. I just wanted a document faxed over somewhere and employees here were very helpful and patient.

I called the day before and the lady yesterday said that I can come for Livescan when they open at 9am. When I arrived 9:10am, Lady on counter said Livescan is at 10am as the person is NOT in yet. What a waste of time as I have an appointment that's why I called a day ahead to NOt waste my time and gas! I recommend anyone going to other places except this horrible place!

I came here because in the past I have gotten good service but since the change of owners this place has gone down hill. They were supposed to ship this humidor to Louisiana, they skimped out on the box and the packaging and it arrived utterly destroyed. Before I left I asked for insurance, none was put on the package. I called usps and found out they marked up the shipping $70. When I confronted him on this he just got aggravated and basically told me to go kick rocks. I kept a civil tone trying to get him to make things right but he could not be bothered with it so my suggestion to anyone who reads this is to find another store to do business with. It will save you time, money and heartache in the long run.
