Came here earlier today to buy some food for my kitties. Got rung up by a very rude lady who normally greets me whenever I come in but not today. She stayed silent, was very rude, but what upset me the most was how I put in my phone number to get my discount and she didn’t even apply it. When I left, I saw that I paid full price when normally I get my discounts when I put my phone number in. She was probably having a bad day but no excuse to be rude to me and worst of all, charge me full price even after I put my phone in. This hasn’t happened before until now. Just because she’s having a bad day it’s no excuse to do this especially when I didn’t do anything wrong to her. I can ignore her rude behavior but I will not ignore the fact she didn’t give me my discount.

one staff was very rude at checkout. They let my friend put on her phone number for rewards and she asked to redeem her discount but because staff was having a "bad day" she purposely didn't and made my friend pay full price. I suggest to train your staff to take their miserable life and anger out of their workplace ?

Store is clean and organized and the employees I came in contact with were friendly. Good deal on cat wormer, I'd say order online for pick up you might find a better deal and get a coupon.

This weekend we had an issue with my girl during the grooming process which required Petco taking my dog to the vet! I am so thankful for the kind words and genuine care the manager showed towards myself and especially my dog,the ladies at All creatures clinic are wonderful!
The girls in the pet grooming department are fantastic! Love this place!

Currently in enrolled in the CGC training. So fair the trainer Alexus has been super sweet and patient. Her training style is a little different but giving real life perspective makes it feel more natural and helps with distraction. She is willing to go over and explaining the reason behind it

At the store a associate got on the floor to help me purchase shoes for my dog (I'm disabled) and when one got left behind another associate drove it to me! THAT'S customer service!

I waited to get fish for about 10 minutes and got no help but as soon as I went to the front and asked for help the young lady was there before I got back to the fish and she was awesome

They have a great grooming service. It is a little pricey, but worth it. For the first visit, bring your pets rabbies vaccination documentation.

I was so happy when I had my baby's nails trimmed here. So I decided to trust them to give him a bath and a trim. Big mistake. The groomer called me and told me she couldn't finish grooming my dog because he was so scared. Well my husband was there waiting I have no idea why they called me. When my husband got him home he wasn't finished. His feet still have long hair, she chopped his hair all up under his tail and around his bottom (which wasn't supposed to be cut) and to top it all off, she cut the hair off his wee wee and there are 2 nicks back by his butt. I am so displeased he will never go there again. I would put the pics up but there is no way to do it.

I've been coming to this store regularly. However, it's been 3 months, and they do not have any carts whatsoever. I have to carry my own shopping goods throughout the store, which limits me. They also don't offer bags either so we the customer are left to carry all goods again.
