DO NOT BUY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE ELDERLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My 87 year-old grandmother bought a battery "charger" from this location on 5-19-23. We had a brand new battery that was drained overnight and we needed a charger to bring it back up, and so, we bought the "Schumacher 10 Amp 6, 12 Volt Battery Charger." However, the item is fully automatic and cannot detect a battery that has been drained; in this way it should be advertised as a battery maintainer and not a charger. We ended up burrowing a manual charging unit from a neighbor and that was that. So...on Monday May 22nd around 8:48 (pm), I went to this location on my grandmother's behalf to get a refund for this defective battery "charger." The sales associate named "Benny" declined our return and said "this was considered an electrical item and cannot be return." So naturally I asked him to point out on their return policy where it states such a thing. Benny then got triggered and said he can grab me the employee handbook? I was thoroughly confused. He then became agitated and asked me if I am "IGNORANT?" that he's a manager and how can he resell a battery charger when the box has been opened? At this point I asked to speak with the Store Manager and he said the Owner will be in the following morning. I grabbed the item and began walking out the front doors, but Benny decided to follow me on my way out saying rude things to me. I am appalled by the way this employee behaved and it saddens me that this location treats customers this way. I will definitely go out of my way to purchase from an AUTO ZONE before ever returning to this location again.-with much regret,Dr. M. Dominguez Jr., LMFT

I loved the girl on the desk not sure about her name , but been here for at least two times in the last three weeks . She knows about cars and is an excellent customer service , that makes you feel confident and confortable to come back
