I just called this place about five times with no answer ?... Not even to say hold .... Who ever is the manager should be fired and replaced with someone who knows how to run a business.... The employees want to get paid to do nothing or the bare minimum.... Disappointed hopefully someone in management will do something about this... No answer means no sales, no business ??

Yes sir my friends O'Reilly's is way better than Auto zone but that's just me and I recommend that come check it out and find out for yourself my friend have a blessed day

Terrible customer service, I bought coil packs for my 2018 Honda accord. Kept having issues with them, exchanged one here and there a couple of time. I finally took my car to the dealers and bought their OEM parts. I went to return these and had an issue, they didn’t understand how I was having issues with all the coil packs and tried to deny me a return even though the parts are lifetime warranty.

Think order online, then pick up will be quicker. But when they emailed parts ready. Went to pick it up. I have to get in line for an hour. Never order online, then pick up, waste time... Order from Amazon better.

David is wonderful and super helpful. The store manager and other employee don’t have much for customer service. I give David 5 starts and he is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. If it wasn’t for him I would never return to this location. Thanks David!
