I walked into the shop and I was greeted by a nice lady named Mary. There was some arrangements already done to choose from, but she was able to work with any budget. I told her what I was willing to spend, and she was able to make a beautiful arrangement in 10 minutes.

OK Flowers did the floral displays for my mother's funeral. The prices were reasonable and they were willing to make adjustments for the flowers I wanted in the arrangements. They called me the night before to double check on things. The day of the funeral they arrived on time and set the flowers up on display. I am very satisfied with Ok Flowers service, selection, and value.

I placed a phone order and was not happy with the order. I found the item on the website and was not told that the ivy would not be placed on the heart that I purchased for my nephews funeral instead they used pine which did not look right. Will not be ordering from them again!!

Great and friendly staff! Stopped at OK Flowers for a Christmas tree and was excited to find an absolutely beautiful tree within my budget. Parking lot is a bit tight, but this will be my new go-to spot for flowers and Christmas ?.

My husband ordered long stem red roses for delivery for our wedding anniversary. The next morning I woke up and most of the roses were already all the way open and dropping. I called and told them and they were super nice about it and delivered a brand new arrangement and took the old one away. I recommend this shop. Very amazing customer service!

Ordered flowers the night before. She called me the next morning to confirm everything. Flowers arrived on time and were perfectly what I was looking for. They were also very polite.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered to my work on the 12th I received a call at 6:00pm that they were on the way but the office closed at 5:00. They delivered the following afternoon partially wilted roses and unopened lilys that were all dead in 3 days without ever fully opening. Even Safeway flowers last longer then that. Very disappointing.

I placed a Mother's Day order online for a delivery on Saturday. At 245 I called the business to find out when the flowers would be delivered as they were going to a restaurant that would be closing at 5pm. I could tell they were really busy and heard a lot of commotion in the background (understandably since it's Mother's Day weekend). The person on the phone was very accommodating. She told me they were delivering until 8pm but I explained it was going to a business. She took the time to find my order and was trying to see if it was already on a truck. She told me that if it wasn't already on the way she would make sure to put a rush on it and asked for the time the restaurant would be closing. Less than an hour later the flowers were delivered! And they looked gorgeous-just like the picture online. I will use this company again!

I ordered two identical standing sprays to frame the photo of my husband at his celebration of life. They were both much more beautiful than I expected!!! A few weeks earlier, I paid twice as much for a standing spray for my brother's memorial service from a different florist and the spray wasn't nearly as nice as the ones Ok Flowers made. I highly recommend OK Flowers.

Awesome service! Flowers were perfect! better than expected! I got this cheery bouquet for my Mom for her Birthday! I chose the Happy face bouquet with the mug, she's a coffee drinker and will use the mug. I think it's a more practical gift than a bouquet with a vase. Thanks again!

The product sold was good and decently priced. It was the young lady who was running that store that had bad customer service. Gave me an attitude and seemed to be rushing me to leave the store!
