“I've brought my truck here several times for repairs and have experienced excellent service every time. I've been to other places locally where I've been quoted for services that I didn't need, and United Auto Repair has proven time and time again to be honest in their approach to diagnosing and fixing issues as well as fair in their pricing. I like that they also take the time to explain the options, as well as provide some insight on the repairs needed. I asked the owner about bringing in an older truck that was sitting in my driveway, and he gave me some advice on what to do before bringing it in so that I don't cause additional damage. It can be very difficult to find a good mechanic that you trust with your vehicles. I would absolutely recommend United Auto Repair and will continue to bring my vehicles here.”

“Called and stopped by a couple of other auto shops in the area prior for AC REPAIR. I'm SO GLAD I made one more call and found this place. Loch was very sincere over the phone and explained what he would need to look over before quoting daignostics. The diagnostic prices were VERY VERY REASONABLE. (This is from my having over 25 years experience getting repair quotes from auto dealerships, mom and pop shops, to backyard mechanics all over the country and outside the United States!!)
On arrival, a couple of other customers were in line, but as soon as he got my info he was able to bring my car in. Within 30-40 minutes he and his team were able to pinpoint the problem areas. Loch thoroughly explained the workings of the AC system as well as gave advice on what needed to be maintained on my particular vehicle to keep it running longer. Needless to say my AC is NOW working ICE COOL after recharging refrigerant!
I lucked out this time as I know AC repairs can get pretty expensive, but I would DEFINITELY come see this repair shop ANYTIME for future repairs. Honest and Trustworthy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I have been going to speedee oil for years now and have been ripped off, they assume since I am a young women I apparently know nothing. I came across canepas thankfully. They have been nothing but kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I was quoted for brakes at speedee oil $1100 for front brakes and $1100 for back brakes, so I went to canepas for a second opinion. I was told it would be $290 ish for front and same for the back brakes. It was a huge difference. When I arrived at canepas to get my windshield wipers looked at since they kept going back and forth and my switch wasn't working. The moment we arrived the car just stopped working, the owner and a worker had come to help and said they had appointments so we can leave the car and they can look at it after there appointments. They're the time when they did not have to and looked at the car and fixed the problem. Tightened the battery wires that were loose and recharged the battery and..yes there is more they looked at the fuse and got the car to turn back in. The most amazing part is they did not charge me!! They had appointments when I just came in without one and they put me first when they did not need to. They helped me out and got the car running. I highly recommend canepas! They know what they are doing and are great at it! Thank you canepas!”

My car needed a few parts that they didn't have which meant that they would need to keep my car until the next day. I was a little concerned because I really needed my car for work. “I took my 2012 Honda CRV in for an oil change which was 10,000 miles past when it should have been done and Juan, the Assistant Manager, went way above and beyond his duties when he saw that the pan on the bottom of my engine area was loose and some clips had broken off. He fixed it and did not charge me, and it could have fallen off and possibly hit a car if he hadn't attached the missing clips. He is such a sweet and caring person for taking the time to fix it for me.The Zoom car wash with their business also did an excellent job cleaning the inside of my car. I live 5 hours north of Stockton but visit my daughter who lives here 5 or 6 times a year and will do all of my oil top offs and changes here, along with the full service Zoom car wash.”
