What I thought would end up being a total loss, turned out to be a total upgrade! Ive owned my 2018 Rogue for 5 years and sadly had to give her up due to transmission issues. I loved my Rogue so I am truly appreciative to the staff for making my day. I was greeted and made to feel comfortable and heard by salesman, Hector. He was joined by Ali, and together they walked me through the entire trade-in process and I left with a brand new 2023 Altima. Big thank you to the finance team Chad, Joe and Moe for making it a smooth process. After a long day, I left a very happy new car owner. I appreciate being treated with respect and given fair value for my trade. If youre looking for a new car, go see Hector and Ali. You wont regret it.

i never done this before . but i went looking to buy a used car I meeta man named Francisco he ask if he could help me i told him what i was looking for and how much i could afford, we then talk for a few and then i left and went to other dealers . now the other dealerships men were so rude and very pushy . i decided to call Francisco back set up an appointment with him, and went back the next day. i never thought i would be walking out in a new car .Francisco is the most polite salesmen you will ever meet . i can not stress enough how great of a place to buy a car . all the men that help were great but Francisco was above and beyond the best salesmen to work with. thankyou you so much

They ‘treat’ you good when they want to sell you a car. After that however, the story is very different. I was holding off from posting a comments but after another incident today, I decided that I had to.I TOTALLY REGRET buying a car from this dealership. If I could, I would drive the car back and leave it in their parking lot.If your’e going to buy a nissan, maybe buy it from a dealership owned by a different person I think the closest is Modesto and Elk Grove.I should have first checked with the Better Business Bureau who gave this dealership an F score. We purchased a Truck earlier in August of this year from this place, and we were told that the plates would come in about a few weeks. A few weeks passed, and still no plates, so we decided to wait a little longer. A week before the Temporary tag expires, we call, and they tell us that they reimbursed our money for the plates and registration so we could do it ourselves here in Arizona. Point is that they never told us about this and now we have to wait another month before our plates come in after we go to the Dmv. Do Not Come here to purchase a car from them, I've seen another review about this same Situation. Do Better Nissan of Stockton.

Derek was the sales guy that helped us purchase our car. He was a great listener, communicative and even followed up with us after we purchased the vehicle! We did not fuss about the price as most dealerships sell vehicles at or just below value. We love our new to us car! Thanks Derek and team!

It was fine overall. Natalie was respectful and listened to what I wanted to do. There was one sales guy that was yelling, acting unprofessional, at the dealership. Thankfully, my encounter with him was limited. Natalie and finance lady did fine with getting me through the car obtaining process.

Sale person moe was friendly and very professional. Very helpful on assisting me and my wife finding the vehicle we were looking for. Great staff also from Maria to Michael. Would absolutely recommend nissan to a friend or family member.

I tried to give this dealership a lot of money to service my vehicle. But they wanted me to pay $190 x 3 to inspect my issues. I listed several things wrong with my car. The only inspection they needed to do was on my front end turning. The rest were simple change outs of parts: oil change, tire rotation, windshield wipers, right brake light, ac belt, fuse for cigar lighter, and inspect and changeout the part that’s worn down causing my vehicle to turn left/right to easily. They ended up getting $58.28 for brake light and oil change. They also wrote that I refused an air filter but they never called me seeing if I wanted it changed they lost out on $60 more dollars. But to be fair the service they did do was priced reasonably. I wish they didn’t try extort inspection fees when Kia down the road charges for a single full inspection and they are honest that they are just too busy and don’t want to do harder stuff that takes more time.

100% recommend Mr. Francisco and Mr Mike/Michale. They help us a-lot just to get my new car 2023 nissan Sentra Sr and trade my old own despite for having problems. I wasn’t really sure what I like or should I trade my old one but he gave us a lot of choices and options just to get what is suitable for me and by the time I told him I want the Sentra he did the paperworks right away and Mike/ Michale contacted me so I can look at car check it out so I made an appointment. Despite from having a family issue or problem if u really love ur job and want to make ur costumer happy u’ll do everything just to satisfy them.Im so happy and satisfied with my 2023 Nissan Sentra SR Premium thank u so much ??Also One thing that I really like they contact u personally and easy to contact them as well..

Ali was our sales representative. He was so personal, professional and knowledgeable..He is the reason we stayed and bought a car. Ali,Mo,Rachel all were so professional and kind. Ali really sealed the deal by being so kind and professional but most of all knowledgeable.. It has only been a day or 2 but we are very happy with our Decision to try a Nissan, we have never owned a Nissan before and we are looking forward to this new journey with Nissan ..Thank you to Ali and the team!!So nice to experience a sales place that works together as a team’s!!

I had a great Experience. Sang was my Sales guy and his humor is great. He had my Brand New Car I was interested in prepped and waiting for me to arrive. His Boss Juan came and said hi and also helped with our numbers. Rachel did our paperwork and we had pleasant chats. Uncle Bob was also absolutely amazing. Thank you all.

Great service, I like the fact that they don’t have dealer mark ups or any added stuff that I don’t want. Sale process was seamless and the managers are easy to work with.

Disappointing. Unprofessional, lack of communication and coordination. I paid for the diagnose, waited for the part for almost a year. Then, I called them and found out them at the part already arrived. They changed the part, I paid another $600. The issue is still there. Called them and they said there was another part needed to be changed. I went there again, waited for an hour. Then, someone came and said sorry the part was used for someone else. I said why did you tell me to come and why did you have me wait for an hour if there is no part. She said sorry again. I will for the third time for their lack of communication and coordination. I hope they refund my money for the job did not work. We will see.

For som reason my review keeps getting took down and my other email got blocked from making them. But Mike bsaxton calls people on his day off drunk harassing customers and admits to bryan smith saying hes not giving me s*** back because i keep leaving reviews when they keep getting tooking down. I have received a partial payment but nothing close to my down payment they took from me. And nothing telling me what i got charged for. Nor a explanation of why they stole money from me.. please stay away from michael broxton,bryan smith, warren, stockton nissan in general !! so you dont get robbed like i have. Or inspect a used car and note everything down before so you dont get played out your money if they want the car back.My experience here started off like any other car dealership experience.. i got approved for a car but i was told it had to be serviced and there were parts that had to be repaired and painted, chipped paint on the door and chipped paint on the back of the bumper. So I proceeded to finished the deal, gave them my down payment and all my paperwork. About 3 weeks later they call me tell me the car was ready. When i go to pick it up nothing was done to it the previous damages from the last owner were still there. They tell me the painter was backed up and i would have to take it to him myself when they have another opening. Another week or 2 goes by and i get a call saying that the bank withdrew from the car deal. I tell the manager (bryan) a month later they can do that ? He then tells me im gonna have to bring it back and that i Cant afford there car. I tell em no problem ill go and just get my money back then. He again tells me they dont want the car they want to make a deal still.. make it make sense ? Okay another month goes by im told to bring the car back or its gonna get repossessed by the dealer. I bring it back, one of the salesman asks for the keys then inspects the car. He then comes back and tells me there keeping the car and keeping my down payment ? And expects me to get up and leave or something.. i talk to the finance lady were she explains things better for me. Im told for the damages i have to pay for repairs out of my money. (Previous owner damages) i then show her pictures of the same damages of the day they sold it to me that were promised to be fixed before i got it, also show her the fine print in writing that details the damages that they wrote when it was sold to me. She then tells me the car has to go through services first before i get my full down payment back and tells me to follow up with the other general manager. I go in the next day and he tells my i damaged his property and that im gonna be charged for it and if theres anything left i might get some of my down payment back. This place is honestly a joke, most the people that work there are good people but the hand full of people i dealt with were disgusting and need customer service training. Thank you.

I went looking for a vehicle. I didn’t quite know what I was looking for, but for sure realized of what I was interested in. Despite having small vehicles majority of my ownership, I thought it was time for a change. Both Warren and Jesus, I believe was his name had me covered. As soon as I laid eyes on the blacked out titan pro4x I knew I was leaving with it. They cared for me and my family and despite doing negotiation it felt more as a connection to realize what deals and benefits came with purchasing this vehicle. Would I come again? For sure unfortunately I can only give 5 stars but it deserves way more!!!!! P.S both titans have been purchased from there and the frontier on left. Don’t miss out on their great care
