I bought a formal dress for my daughter last year, for a wedding and returned this year for 2 additional dresses for a formal event. The ladies have been very professional and accommodating with me and my daughters. They brought out multiple dresses, searched through catalogs, etc. I would return there and recommend them.

Bought a dress and was supposed to get a certain size and the lady sized me up. The dress also came with a rip on the back.

I went here for an important event to get measured and i got measured VERY wrong and ended up with the wrong size. The lady made me pay 50 dollars up front and i did not get any money back so that sucks especially for getting the wrong size on the big day, overall i would say that if you are looking to get clothes you should get measurements done somewhere else and make sure you get your money if they mess up

Oh boy… where do I start. There’s js so much to complain about, I don’t think they’ve ever heard of customer service because holy MOLY I would call multiple times on open hours and would get no answer!!! EXPENSIVE JS FOR WRONG SIZES AND EVEN RIPPED CLOTHES! I was mean mugged for not knowing how sizes work, they switch up prices and conditions… oh my I am never in my very long and experienced life will ever come here again. The things I’d say if a digital footprint didn’t exist‼️ horrible experience so rude!

Bad customer service called multiple times never got an answer, price is high just for measurements not to be right would not recommend. Lady does not have patience with customers and just overall not a good experience.

Worse store ever don't buy there the mom and daughter owners of the store have no integrity they lie to get your business telling you you with get a free rental or discounted price then once your date gets closer they change everything stating they never promised anything. Also suits rented did not fit the well even though they measured? Terrible service rateras!!

Walked in wasn’t greeted at the door. Very poor customer service , tried on a few dresses and then was told that I could no longer try them on due to a wait line. There was nobody waiting store was almost empty .

How can you sell a dress to a teenager for prom knowing you pulled and tugged on her to make the dress fit when clearly that was not her size!!?? Now we’re scrambling to see what can be done so she can have a proper dress for prom!! And homegirl in the red hair needs to learn to say hello (you know..customer service..) as opposed to looking at people up and down and not saying anything..yes! I was wearing my workout clothes!! Did that bother you!!??

Went in today to look at a sweet 16 dress for my daughter. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to find my daughter's dream dress at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service, wide selection from weddings, quinceanera, baptism, first communion, tuxedos and accessories for all events. I was looking for a dress and ended up ordering from their catalogs. One stop shop and they speak Spanish as well

Omg great service!! Definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great customer service, reasonable prices, beautiful dresses. Karla helped me throughout the whole time. I found my wedding dress and I was told it would arrive in 2 weeks but it only took 1 week. I will definitely be back.
