After multiple orders, they never get it right. There is always a delay. They are right down the road- "driver must have gotten stuck in traffic."Pizza is not cheap, there is a $4.99 delivery charge- they can at least be timely. Over an 90 mins on a Tuesday night.

Tried calling in to place an order for pick up,I was put on hold for 2mins,then all of a sudden the phone just hangs up!! So I decided to pull up..I seen in action what the young lady was doing,answering calls telling them to hold,then pick up the phone just to hang it back up on them SMH!! I let her know that I was one of the callers who she hung up on!! She says..well it's just me and I don't have anyone to help the phone..I told her well that's a STAFF PROBLEM!!! U can't just be HANGING UP ON PEOPLE WHILE THEIR TRYING TO ORDER FOOD THAT'S RUDE!!! I asked for a supervisor and she tells me she's also busy!!! I'm CALLING CORPORATE!! This Mountain Mike's needs serious STAFFS and NEW MANAGEMENT!!!

Saturday put in a phone order for a pick up Large Combo Large Pepperoni It was ready in 25 min. And the very nice gentleman that helped me was so sweet to offer toppings and ranch cups and put it in a nice clear plastic bag. Everything was delicious .. we asked for light sauce on pepperoni.. which was perfectly sauced lightly.

This place has really great service they were fast and nice. The food is fire and was loaded with toppings. The ambience was good. Another thing is we brought my grandmother for her birthday and when they heard it was her birthday they gave us a free dessert.

I did a pre order so it would be on time They called and asked if they could deliver early I said yes. I was given a time of 11:30 am. I'm thinking great . The driver showed up at 12:15. I didn't have time for the food. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I love this location. We reserved a space for a party and someone else was there when we arrived. Katherine was so nice and apologized and hooked us up for the inconvenience. The pizzas here are always fresh, tons of toppings and ready on time! This is by far my favorite location and I will continue to go here.

These guys are awesome, I'm stuck parking on the side of a road in my semi with my son waiting for our delivery at a customer for 8 hours and these guys delivered us a pizza and soda to my semi truck they were pretty quick and really good, thank you guys so much you're awesome ?
