They kept my car for over a month. Never showed me the old parts which I asked for and stole my battery and cables and replaced them with some cheap off brand. I only found out after inspecting my car. RIP OFF!!

This place is a scam they don't fix your your car they broke my fuel pan and then charged me for it and now telling me that my car still doesn't run but it's their fault that they cracked my fuel pan and all I went in there for is a fuel pump hose I wouldn't recommend taking my car here at all not a satisfied customer

They said there was a problem with my water pump and it needed to be replaced so I took it to another shop because they wanted to charge close to $200 an hour. When the other shop did a pressure test there was nothing wrong with the water pump. This place sucks

There's a reason why my family and I have been going to Morgan for years. Their customer service is amazing! My car needed a few parts that they didn't have which meant that they would need to keep my car until the next day. I was a little concerned because I really needed my car for work. But here comes Kourtney to the rescue! She was able to get me a rental car immediately after getting the news about my car. I was already stressed out about other things but Kourtney was such a big help in communicating everything to me and assured me that it would be finished the next day. Thanks so much for your help Kourtney, Brett, and everyone else at Morgan! I will definitely be back when my car is sick again lol!

I was going through a difficult time in my life. Michael and Kortney were understanding and compassionate. Their attitude really helped. Morgan did an outstanding job of going through my car thoroughly and making some reasonable recommendations. The service is excellent!

Morgan came through for me at a very difficult time in my life. Their professionalism is excellent and they were able to get me in for a service the next day! Kortney and Mike were understanding, friendly and compassionate.The service was excellent and of great value-my car is so much happier. They checked it over and made reasonable suggestions for upcoming services such as coolant levels, as well as future tire and brake services. Its these little details that earn them 5 stars!!! This place is a rip off!!!!! Took my car in 3 times … after the first time the car seemed to be fine then the brakes gave out the day after … the car was in the shop for over a month! Then I get it back and now the check engine light is on …. The man says to bring it in it will only take 15min. Then when I go to take it in he tries saying I need to pay for it. This company takes advantage of their customers and seem to create new issues that the customer ends up having to pay for . I will be contacting BAR on this company along with two other people that have had the same issues .

You will get excellent and knowledgeable service here.. they swapped out the transmission for me that It have a defect from manufacture.Courtney is the one you will want to deal with, all ways cheerful. She the best.

Morgan automotive repair is an amazing mechanic shop and their staff is very informative and knowledgeable. Found all the problems in my vehicle and fixed what I needed fixed. The technician kourtney was up to date with me on how my vehicle was progressing and explained in detail what was wrong and what needed fixing and the cost. I will definitely be going back when my vehicle needs to be service.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for some time and the time spend explaining what needs to be done is like no other. They let us know all the issues they see that need to be addressed. We have had to spread some of the repairs out over time in order to fit into our budget. They understand and recommend what needs to be done first and what we can hold off on without pressure to get it all done at one time. They are friendly, knowledgeable and speak in terms we can understand. They have given us estimates in a very timely manner and at competitive prices.

Morgan had my car for two months due to a break in. No communication on what was going on with my car or anything. Between them and Certified Collision I'm the one who had to keep calling about what was going on with my car every time I called I would get the runaround and they would say the part was faulty and that took three times and then when I kept calling they kept telling me I had to refer back to Certified Collision so I will never ever go back here for anything

What can I say, Brett knows his stuff. He and the team went beyond expectations and have really great results. Had a new engine put in and I couldn't be happier. Engine bay is nice and clean with everything new! It's hard to find quality shops with people who know what they're doing, and have honest prices.
