On the 1st of the month this place is busy they only had one person to take money orders I asked someone that worked there and they told me the person was 15 minutes late which is not true because I stood in that line for more than 30 minutes. I called them couple of days before nobody answers the phone it could be a life emergency and I doubt anybody's going to look at this Yelp's review. I will probably be most likely be there next month I'm going to bring it to their attention I was trying to get my daughter a job there it's really hard trying to apply and trying to call someone for an interview please do something about this.

I came in this morning before work to return a blanket. 11:30 am Went directly to the customer service area and waited. There were 3 more people in line. It took me 25 minutes to get to the front. The whole time the one employee acted like she was in purgatory. Really bad attitude. Do you punish your employees by putting them in the customer service area??? It Before I could get to the front. She had already angered the people in front of me. She didn't care about that either. She definitely needed someone else to work that area. When I got to the front, I gave her the blanket and the receipt. I explained to her that I purchased the blanket at the Super Center in Stockton. She scanned the blanket and immediately told me I would have to go to the other store. I am having a hard time believing that Walmart doesn't have a system set up to return to other stores. I waited in line with a group of other angry customers for 25 minutes just to be turned away. I at least tried to call the store and talk to a manager. The lady put me on hold and never got back to me with a manager. Don't go to this store if you need help. Useless!!!

I frequently shop this store, it's near me. Time and time again I'm disappointed. Produce Lacks freshness, and items are out of stock and unavailable a lot of the time. Management can care less about providing "customer service" to their guests. They've lost a customer for sure! I'll take my business elsewhere...

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years as my family members have they are elderly I'm about to have two surgeries and can't walk and have vision problems I called to request from the pharmacist that my meds be mailed to me then and in the future and they said that wouldn't be a problem and they did and I received them and there was no problem last month this month I've been contacted multiple times to let me know by recording that my prescriptions are ready I called the pharmacist to request that they be mailed on Saturday and the pharmacist who is an Asian woman told me that they were too busy and to call back Monday she didn't tell me that this isn't standard procedure to mail prescriptions that I would have to go through Walmarts special phone number and set up mail delivery she just told me they were really busy and that I should find a way to get them picked up and that's it I called them back Monday as she told me to .I go through the prompts no one answers after being on hold to speak to the pharmacy staff I'm kicked back to the recording I've tried about 10 times I have a feeling I have had my number blocked (which isn't a problem verifying which I will) once I have someone from another number call. at worst the staff pharmacist has blocked my number and ability to communicate with them to receive my life sustaining meds including blood pressure meds and antibiotic and it best they're having problems with their phones I'm about tp see and edit this after I spent an hour calling the number and speaking to someone in regards to this problem to set up mail service to have my prescriptions mailed until we were disconnected let's see if they call back and they're just working on it . I called corporate to report the problem as a complaint once I got on the phone with a technician who deals with mail mail orders prescriptions she seem to be OK doing a good job until she tried to do a three-way call to the Pharmacy in question and we were disconnected she has my number let's see if she calls back with a resolution because I'm about to be out of my blood pressure pills and there's been an anabiotic sitting there for days let's also hope since they're aware that there's a problem with pick up that they don't return my prescriptions to the shelf I am so annoyed after two hours on the phone and every time I call Walmart even if I try to get somebody on the phone in the main store my call will not go through. If I run out of bp pills and Somthing happens let it be known why . None of the meds I'm needing are meds that are not eligible for delivery

***Employee called me a thief*** This post is late... I reported it to Corporate 1-800-925-6278 & after 1mth NO ONE has contacted me. Walmart customers service is horrible & there mangers/corporate could careless. I was in store April 22nd, 2022. Ran in @ 6:45am. Checking out thru self-check. Almost all done ringing my items & clerk just standing on the side approaches me... here is situation: Clerk: you didn't rung the soda? Me: r u talking to me Clerk: did you ring soda & juice Me: Yes... Clerk: no you didn't! You need to ring them up My device doesn't show it Me: are you calling me a thief? Cone here & I will show u I rang them (Clerk comes to regisyer) I I show her on register the items she is questioning me about & I ran soda & juice already. Items were the 3rd & 4th item. Clerk walks off....NEVER says sorry So now I'm pissed... I pay but shld have walked out. Clerk is standing on side watching me. I approach her & tell her, " u need to be aware of who you are calling a thief. I already paid for my items when you came up & were being rude '! Clerk didn't say s*** & continues to say 'I didn't see it in my device '. NOT MY PROBLEM ***UPDATE**** After wsiting for a manager to contact me i received a call yesterday. Mgr Michael Rodriguez called & apologized right off the bat for not calling me sooner. He asked me to come in the store & meet him Thursday. Very nice guy & even gave me a gift card for all my trouble. Not trying to get employee fired but she can't talk to ppl so rudely.

This place is ridiculous...all Walmart's are getting to be the same rude lazy associates who have no idea where anything is, everything is locked up and you will wait a minimum of 20-30 min just to get something unlocked. This stores restrooms are filthy dirty and no one cares. When shopping all u hear are employed talking about the weed they smoked over the weekend, the guys the had sex with and other derogatory statements. As a customer I don't want to hear that. Isles always are crowded with boxes hard to get by. Associates are rude.

They are struggling to keep products on the shelves but their employees are awesome. As far as Walmart goes they are small and don't have as much product as the super Walmart how ever they have the best employees they are kind they go out of their way to try to help you and they are always very respectable I like this Walmart a lot I just wish they had so much stuff as the super Walmart. I know that the super Walmart employees should visit the store to see how they should treat their customers.

Ordered fruit from WalMart and could not believe they would send something of this caliber to anyone. They had to of seen this when the delivered it. The strawberries were rotten and moldy. I will never again order Fruit from WalMart.

Customer service here sucks! They take so damn long as if people have all the time to wait. Meanwhile there's workers walking around fiddling their thumbs! Management sucks! Long ass line in customer service, one slow register... call for back up you bozos absolutely dread coming here.

This is the worst stocked Walmart I have ever seen. I do my grocery shopping on Sunday afternoons and they are regularly out of essentials. It is common for me to go to the store and the bread aisle is barren. Or they only have a small selection of chicken. Their produce section is often empty and all that's left are bruised or spoiled peices. It is incredibly frustrating to go with a shopping list and have to rethink you groceries because they are sold out. You would think that since they are so close to Winco they would try to do a better job and be competitively stocked. As much as I hate to say it Winco will be my grocery store of choice as Walmart has given me no choice.

I come to this Walmart whenever I need something small and something quick since I live nearby. Usually this Walmart has what I need, but usually at a higher price than a regular Walmart. Options are limited but typically they have what you need. I'm giving a 1 star because of the online pick up. My experience with all Walmart online pickups I've done is that there is never enough people behind the counter and this time was no exception. They never staff enough people because more attention is given to the regular grocery business. Today, I waited 45 minutes to pickup a $10 online order. Unacceptable given this was the longest line in the entire store and cashiers were often doing nothing. Walmart always advertises their online store pick up, which seems easy and fast until you actually get to the store Don't send your online orders here and don't do in-store pickup.

Overcharged me for a bunch of clearance items at regular price then sends me to the return desk where I have six people in front of me thank you for wasting my day Then just right now in front of me they overcharged another lady and they walked her over to customer service where she didn't have to wait in line by a supervisor named Jesse and when was asked to she said I don't do authorizations she didn't even listen to the situation and take me over to customer service to put me in front of the line

When Walmart employee will regulate the self check out cashier maybe they will get more stars... It is always a mess, uncivilized people bring a full cart ! And only half of the self check out cashier works.

Ive been purchasing hair products and various personal care items from this location for years. Ive notice recently that ALL the black hair care products are now in a locked cabinent and you are required to press the call button and wait, and wait and wait to spend your money. NOT! fortunatly there is a beauty supply on the SAME parking lot. I understand their position with the theft rate and all, but understand mine. I dont appreciate having to wait for a 3$ jar of hair product to be unlocked and then escorted to the front as if im going to bolt for the door. very unneighborly Walmart.
