T-MOBILE stole 116 from my digital wallet without auth. and they did not even tell me - told them it was a felony and got my money refunded. They're now jamming me for 113. for something they cannot tell me - but they sent me to collections for it. I cannot get a straight answer from anyone there. Even their supervisor is clueless. We were always on AUTOPAY. So how does one get a bill when you're on AUTOPAY. Now they're shaking me down again. T-MOBILE - WORST COMPANY EVER - CHECK EVERY FINANCIAL TRANSACTION. If you're on AutoPay - make sure you check - they will take your money - they did it to me - just took it. I closed out our accounts 3/27/23 and ported over to Xfinity - yet somehow they kept an account open but put it in my name only when it was me and my husband before that - without any phone line, no services whatsoever - even Netflix was shut off end of March. So what services could they possibly be talking about? Theft of my money is what they did - I hate that service. They're real good at theft - it seems to be a company practice - considering how many times they've tried to steal money from me. It seems that they hire bad people almost exclusively. They are now trying to say that no I did not cancel until month end - and that there would be no refund of the AUTOPAY that drafted March 18 and we always pay ahead - not behind.

I got to the store 10 minutes before closing and told the employee who would not let me through the door that I am here to buy a phone it will not take long I already have it planned and ready to go she said hold on and went to the back for several minutes came back out and said they already shut down all the computers so they're refusing to service me.

I am a senior and not familiar with my phone the people at T-Mobile Bianca and Ishmael at the Manteca store were so patient and kind. I would like to thank T-Mobile for having excellent experience worker that care it's important to me.

hello everyone, i had a great awesome customer service experience. if you need a fast, courteous, friendly, great customer service employee @ t-mobile @store# 2107 @ weber's town mall: go see mr. corey, he fixed 2 broken screen protectors & sold me 1 other screen protector. he was very professional & knowledgeable and had an awesome attitude, helped me purchase a screen protector and installed it. i just want to give a huge kudos!!!!! to mr. corey, & all of the team there. i will always be a loyal customer, & i highly recommend this place to everyone. i will definitely be back. sincerely, john o. stockton, ca.

First off, My family and I have been with T-mobile for many years and I love the company. But the store in the Weberstown mall did us wrong in a big way! My wife and i bought iphone XR's and mine worked great hers worked like sh*t. Hers kept dropping calls, and having calls fail , every single call. We took it back into the store where we got it, the employee said well, you'll have to come back when a manager is here only they can replace a defective product with a new one. So, I left my number with the employee to have the manager call me. Never heard from him/her. I left several messages with the store answering machine for the manger to call me back. No response. It was obvious this so called manager had no intentions of helping us or doing the right thing. So we went to the Apple store and they gave us a new phone. The store manager of T-mobile could learn some stuff about customer service from Apple. SMH~

Amazing customer service. I will be making this my "go to" T-mobile. Lataja and Hosea provided outstanding customer service. It was 4 customers in the store and they made sure all were greeted and all felt important. All my questions were answered and I left the store satisfied.
