I purchased a ring at Milstone and I paid 80.00 dollars to get it sized. And when it came back, it was thin in the middle. The only thing they did was stretch it don’t purchase from our jewelry store that does such a thing. The quality of the jury is Garbage. The jury is Garbage insurance extremely high I am still paying on my, beware of milestone jewelers. Beware, I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from milestone jeweler the worst jeweler I’ve seen and been to in my entire life.

I open up an account and purchased a small ring with three small diamond it was a cute petite ring but it was the wrong size. I paid 80.00 to get it resized and when it was returned to me just the inside was very thin. Also the Interest rate is extremely high. I would not recommend this jewelry store to anyone. Milestones is the worst jewelry store I have I have ever purchased jewelry from please do not waste your time. It is truly a rip off. I would never recommend anyone to get anything from milestones.!!!!!!!!

Terrible my gold wasn't mixed with silver until l after I started paying for it they don't tell you you pay 1500 for fake gold it's not even mixed with silver .it faded in 3 .. Lll

Impeccable exceptional service from start to finish! Selection is incredible and their customer service is out of this world. I wanted to upgrade my wife's 6 yr wedding ring set. It was everything I had hoped it would be. This is the ONLY place in town to address all your jewelry needs, hands down. Milestonz in Stockton was absolutely incredible with helping me purchase my wife's upgraded wedding ring! They were extremely patient with us through the whole process. This place had great employees when they want to sell you something or when they are taking your money. It's been 2 years now almost since I purchased and opening an account with the promise of a trip to Las Vegas Never have received my stay or voucher and everything I have asked its let check on that but quick to take my payment. Bunch of misleading lyers and Richard the one with the ear rings . This is the same store as my problem. They want there's but don't really care if your happy and do what is right.

This place is horrible. Avoid it at all cost you're better off going to the flea market to buy jewelry Not to mention, they decided to lower my payment to $18 every two weeks just so they could get more interest out of my last remaining $120 payment now that's scandalous

absolutely love all my jewelry from Milestonz and the service here makes it even better! Sebastian is the absolute best and I can count on him for everything. he is a huge reason i have been a returning/loyal client at this location for almost 5 years now. All of the ladies who work here are also beyond sweet, helpful and manage to answer all of my crazy questions. nothing but good things about this location/company if you ever ask me!

On Dec 10 we visited your store in Stockton California to claim the free prize we won my wife chose earrings however after wearing a day she noticed the back was loose and upon examination saw that the back wasn’t holding on she called the store on Tuesday Dec 13 during business hours and got no answer she left message and no call back. We went to the store today Dec 17 to return and was told since it was already on the account they couldn’t take them back for another pair. She was there was nothing she could do. I have been a customer for over 5 years and how we were treated today was unacceptable. I feel you should have taken back the bad pair and allowed us to pick another pair from the same choices we were offered originally. I am not happy with this service and don’t know if I will purchase from this store again. After writing this and email directly to company no response at all so IM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY. There customer service is truly awful

I am writing this in regards to my husband buying me a ring for christmas . When we went to the store we spoke to the manager and she helped us in picking out the ring . She had mentioned buy getting this ring it will greatly improve your credit score .Well last week looking at my credit it made impacted my credit which now made it worse not very happy with that out come . My husband even went back to exchange the ring for something a little less in money manager basically said let me see if i can get the payment lower .Thats not what he wanted too .

Horrible service, people are rude when it comes to helping you with questions about how they bring up your credit. I have been building my credit up and the moment I go to them and they report it brought my credit score down 37 points because they reported I went $200 over my credit limit. This sales man knew my credit limit was only $500 but didn’t tell me nothing and let me pick out a $800 piece. So now I’m over my limit by $202. I called to inquire about this and he said oh I will try to get your line increased and then told me he would let me know. It’s been days since I heard from him. They don’t care about helping with your credit, they just their to make their money. I’m paying them off and taking my business somewhere else.
