Customer service above and beyond expectation! The service rep made sure I got the best deal on a new phone, case, and even put on a glass screen for me- all after the store had officially closed. The situation was that I had everything picked out, when I realized I'd left my debit card at a restaurant a few miles away. He insisted he'd wait for me to get it and bring it back to complete the purchase, even though he wouldn't get overtime and I suggested we could finish the transaction the next day.
