I brought in my vehicle for a paint job and body work to compliment the paint job. Frank had my truck for about 2.5 years. Frank was a busy guy just not with my vehicle. He said the job would take about 2-2.5 months which turned into 2.5 years. Every time I went down to check on progress I noticed his shop had turned over but mine was still sitting there. The paint and body work after all that time wasn't what I paid for. Body panels didn't align, over spray on the rear and dripping clear coat wasn't fully buffed out. Frank said he would correct those things but when I contacted him he never got back to me. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I would not recommend this business for paint and body work based on my experience.

The front half of my van was in excellent shape but the rear end had major damage from a accident. I had to pay out of pocket to fix the damage. I took my severely damaged van to several body shops in Stockton and many of them told me that it may not be worth fixing and to just take the loss and junk the vehicle. I was getting ready to give up so while driving back home I saw a sign on the side of a building advertising Mendozas Auto Body & Paint. I told my self that this was going to be my last shot. I took my van to the shop and I showed the damage to Frank Mendoza the owner. Frank carefully inspected the damage and said he could repair the van to like new. He quoted me a very fair and affordable price to do the job. He said due to the major damage he needed about three weeks to finish the job. I decided to give him the job to fix the damage. While waiting for it to get fix Frank text pictures to my phone of the repair so I could see the progress of the work being done. After about three weeks he called me and told me the van was ready. When I came to pick up the van I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. I could not tell that the quarter panel and the rear end had previously sustained major damage. The repair and the beautiful paint job they had done made my van look like it should have been in a showroom. After seeing how well they fixed and painted my damaged van I can see that Frank, his brother and son are very meticulous and take pride in their work at the shop. They also only use the best paint and new genuine OEM parts to replace the damaged parts on my van. They even buffed, waxed and cleaned the entire van when they were finished. My wife and I are extremely happy with the quality of work from this family owned business. They do excellent five star service at very affordable prices. I highly recommend them.
