Some items are almost new prices! I think they get there prices from EBay. Not really much of a discount store.

I like the place and it’s nice but I would really appreciate it if the white looking lady with scraggly white and grey hair could say all the bad things that she does in the break room instead of the floor? she’s always making snide remarks and honestly she can if she wants too but at least have the decency to do it somewhere else. She’s short, thin lookin, and maybe around 50-60, so she’s probably angry at life or something but thats still not an excuse to be rude. Please do it behind closed doors, I want to at least be comfortable shopping at a thrift shop

By far, Lodi Junction both in Lodi & Stockton are my favorite and to go thrift shops. The prices are fairly cheap, quality is great, amazing discounts and customer service is fine. If I don’t see any clothes that I like, I go to the book section and there are plenty of books that seem to be very interesting. I got 3-4 books and learned a lot from it. Shopping here can be a little stuffy and crowded.

Great place, great prices (most not all items), plus great employees. The 50% weekly # discounts and usage of coupons is a plus. Award cards is the cherry. It's an enjoyable thrift shopping experience

Normally everyone is nice there. I just didn't like how the older white lady treated us gave us a bad experience at that location. She mainly will work in the Antique booth towards the back of store. My 2 year old is really quite and shy.. she seen a toy and she goes "no mam kids are not allowed to play with the toys" .... Now I get it if she was loud and acting out but like I said she's very quite and shy wasn't doing a thing but holding the toy up to look at. So I did leave and go to Burlington next door just because I don't want to continue business in a place where I feel like my kids won't be welcomed or have that awkward experience. *Especially if that's the MAIN reason we are there to buy affordable toys.*

Lots of items to choose from. Prices on clothes are kinda high, but other stuff like kitchenware or toys are more inexpensive.

My favorite to go to for thrift store shopping. Never miss a deal on this store. I used their online coupons so I save more and buy more. My daughter really loved to go with me and also do her own personal shopping ( which is really cute )

Their customer service is horrible! I've been there several times, but my most recent trip has to be the most shocking and worst trip. I'm not planning on returning ever again. The white manager there with the frizzy hair is extremely rude! She has no customer service skills at all. When I first entered the store, an employee made a rude remark about people with mental disabilities due to a woman sitting outside the shop. Myself and several other shoppers were shocked. A mother finally spoke out saying how inconsiderate those remarks are as she herself has a daughter with mental disabilities. Then while at the fitting rooms, the manager began berating an older employee about the rooms not being clean in front of all the customers. Which was not true as there were only 2 hangers inside the fitting room. The manager straight up lied to yell at the employee. How unprofessional and embarrassing for not only the poor employee but the customers. Then this same manager began arguing with me about my own cultural and ethnic clothing. I had found a beautiful kameez top, however the matching dupatta scarf was incorrectly attached to another top. I explained to her to look carefully at the designs and the material, however she would rather die on that hill than help me out. I was shocked that this white woman is going to argue with me about my own ethnic clothing. She knew I was right, and then outright said "well I'm not gonna give this to you, so you can come tomorrow to talk to the other manager." She basically admitted to her stubbornness and ignorance. That manager needs to be taught how to properly treat their customers and employees. I've spent 100s and 100s of dollars and now never returning again. How disappointing...

They change the price of an item clearly tagged and marked, after I asked a question about it. I wanted to ask to open an item to check the condition before purchasing. It's 19.99 on the tag and 50% off. The lady takes it says let me go see and walks off. She cones back and says "sorry, its really 59.99". I walked out. What happened to honoring the price marked. Isn't that illegal in CA?Basically many items are overpriced. They don't seem to understand it's ok to look up market value but then checking actual sold prices online is also considered.
