“I recently visited this place and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were attentive to my needs from start to finish. Not only did they provide exceptional customer service, but they also did an excellent job with the cleaning itself, leaving my garments looking fresh and renewed.However, one aspect to note is that the turnaround time for services may take up to five days. While this may seem like a longer wait for some, I found that planning ahead and bringing items in advance of events ensured that they were ready when needed. It’s a small inconvenience considering the quality of the service provided.”
“The staff is really kind and patient with everyone. It is a laundromat so it can get crazy busy and so come the issues, but that’s an issue with patrons and not the business or staff. They have vending machines and an ATM machine for convenience. They also have 2 change machines. The jumbo washers are great for comforters and such. (Edit: This place loses a star because, although most employees are awesome, we’ve since discovered one that isn’t. We normally visit in the evenings but the older lady in question is there in the mornings. She seems to get on well with people she knows, but she is rude to us in a way that we well recognize cuz we’re from the south… Bless her heart. Also, walking around huffing and puffing while cleaning because people don’t touch the machines the right way it’s just weird. While coming in during the morning when it is cooler is convenient, I don’t know that I want to suffer through this person’s lack luster version of customer service.)”

“A great place! Very clean. Helpful and friendly attendants. Always a great washing/drying experience. The outside environment seems a little shady, but inside the laundromat, the environment is pleasant and serene. This is my go to laundromat. The free dryers work well and are an added bonus.”
“I commend this place as an Afrikan Amerikan in a predominantly Mexican establishment. Usually I am made to feel as if I was responsible for "The Wall" or some such thing,! But here I was not only treated very respectfully,I even got to use the bano! (,Bathroom) Very clean place to boot although the dryers could've been free.”

“Incredible service. The prices are slightly high for the 8 load washers (17$ as of 7/24/24), but it makes up for it with the free drying and the amazing people. The lady working there was so nice, I was washing comforters and only bought 1 pack of detergent from the dispenser. I intended to go back and buy more once I had the two machines loaded and paid up, but she added large scoops of detergent to both machines for free. I had to run an errand while the washers ran, and when I got back she had already rolled the blankets over to the dryers for me . I will definitely be coming back for all my bulk laundry needs!”

“Wow, we are so impressed with this Cleaners and Alterations location. My husband had several pairs of nice work pants that were tattered at the hem. He asked if their Tailor could re-hem them saving as much length as possible. They reported that they might need to take 1/2 inch off the original length to created a secure hemline. The Tailor did an outstanding job! The pants look wonderful and the new hem is very secure. My husband was thrilled with the results and the modest alterations fee. THANK YOU so much for saving his favorite pants, and for your patience with our many questions. We will defininitely return, and so appreciate the Tailors expertise and attention to detail. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Ten Stars!”

“It’s clean and has many machines, I had an issue with coin machine and vending machine. The gentleman came in and assisted me with the issue. I was refunded and drying was a dollar per cycle and was very fast.”

“Some machines have no hot water with no signs posted. Laundry scent beads won't melt and are wasted. On site manager says she posts no hot water signs but people take them off. Weird. There's no refund signs posted!She said *sorry" I did not ask for one but no offer to refund and move clothes to a washer with hot water. Bad customer service. Editing to 4 stars for swift resolution. ?”
