Poor communication. They did not even let me order. I have to message them constantly and they still wouldn’t answer. Then once they finally did I sent them all my info to place my order and they continued to ignore me. Terrible service. They inspired me to make my own hahaha! Thank you!

I spent half of my day looking for a chrissage all over Stockton. Many florists wanted 3 or more days ahead to arrange. I walked into LA Rosa Floral and was able to get one made in less then a hour at a good price. Great service, very clean and nice store. I recommend 100 %.

Picking up the order on Friday, but I know I won't be disappointed. There pictures are beautiful and the customer service is phenomenal.

The lady with the short red hair was so rude. I won't be going there again. i had ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend and sent my mom to pick it up. She told me how rude and stuck up the lady was. Bad customer service, this place seemed nice, and they make nice arrangements, but customer service is what makes or breaks you. 1 star, expensive, and rude.

This place is so expensive. My flowers were broken, burnt, and they had spider Webbs. The lady was not accommodating to what I was asking for. Lucy’s floral on Harding has better pricing and selection. This is also a tiny space with no parking available.

I found this florist on Instagram and loved all the floral work. Truly beautiful. I am into the cylinder boxes of florals. I know its Mother's Day Month so they're probably busy. I usually never am a last minute order type of person. My siblings and I planned a date two weeks after mother's day to visit my mom. Their Instagram page states " pre order at least 5 days ahead ". I DM'd them asking for quotes and if they would be able to arrange something within next week (literally 7 days), and due to last minute they can totally freehand it. My message was "seen" on instagram but no reply. Okay, maybe they're just busy and forgot. So I called their shop the next day (Monday 10am, says they're open) , went to voice mail, I left a message that I was interested and if they could call me back at my number. Still no phone calls back. There is a real lack of customer service. If the owner is busy and booked, simply reply back and say they're booked and can't do it. I would've completely understood. I love their work, and REALLY wanted a cylinder box floral for my Mom..but seriously.. they need to strategically work on replying and CARING to their CUSTOMERS!!!! Took business somewhere else who picked up my phone call and got my order done in less than 10 minutes. Idk how you run a business not reaching back to your customers.. unless you're being selective.

I contacted La Rosa Floral for an arrangement of flowers for a dear friend who recently lost a loved one. I explained to them what I wanted and they were able to create something beautiful. They delivered just as promised. I was able to get what I wanted for a very good price. Thanks again, I will be returning.

My husband drove a little more than an hour just to get some of the most beautiful and luxurious flowers to surprise me/cheer me up. I'm beyond surprised and extremely appreciative of his sweet gestures. What more can a girl ask for?? When I got the flowers, they were so vibrant and on point!! I loveeee them sooo much! It's one the most beautiful flower bouquet I've ever received from him. They were carefully arranged with love. I can tell the florist knows what he's doing. Definitely made my month!! Shout from the hubby to @larosafloral : Thank you for pulling everything in such a short notice and the wonderful hospitality. He said definitely coming back. Five amazing star service.

So I had gone into larosafloral explaining what I wanted which was exactly what is depicted in the photo above. The gentleman I spoke to assured me that though, he could not provide what I was asking for, that his mother in Modesto could definitely handle it with an out the door price of $500 total. The gentleman explained the process was because the price would be comprised of some white Roses & an Xbox emblem. I was assured the finished product would be approx 3 ft. The gentleman took my deposit of $250 & sent me to his mother at Celestes Flowers in Modesto. Upon my arrival, I spoke to Ophelia regarding the customer peice I had arranged to order via her son. To my surprise, she expressed her son had not mentioned my customer peice to her. After several failed attempts to reach her son, she finally was able to get him on the phone. After a petty arguement, in which ended with her son staring he not sending her anymore customers, Ophelia stated she would stay up all night to ENSURE my peice would be completed. She also assured & confirmed my peice would come out to 3ft, include a printed Xbox emblem, as well as be comprised of some white Roses. However, on the receipt the only thing written was, "Flowers for funeral, including delivery to Tracy" and the charge was $343. My invoice from La Rosa (attached below) stated delivery by MARCH 5th to an address. Delivery was not conducted and I visited Celeste Flowers, the following day, I spoke to Ophelia who stated she was "told they were to he delivered on Monday March 9th". I expressed to her that I had arranged with her son to receive delivery of the completed product March 5th. She then told me that delivery was not completed because the second and final payment had not been made. I explained I could make the payment then and there. Low and behold she charged me more than what was originally quoted and she showed me that she did NOT receive the full $250 I paid her son ($45 was for the delivery fee). She only recieved $205 from her son. She needed up charging me $340 & expressed that this included a $45 delivery fee. Out of frustration and an an urgent need for these flowers I paid the entire amount with the promise of receiving EXACTLY what I paid for. The finished product was eventually dropped off on March 6th around 10:30 AM (picture shown below 2and & 3rd photos) The controller was no where near the size of 3ft, nor did it have an Xbox emblem or any white Roses what so ever ! I was highly disappointed and following the service I contacted Ophelia. Upon making contact and expressing my disappointment she advised she would speak to her son regarding the controller i ordered originally. I did not hear from her the next day ( March 8th). I resumed to call her Tuesday following the burial and was advised she still had not spoken to her son. I requested to either be refunded or to have a new product be mad with FAKE Roses as long as it included all the necessary details that would make it recognizable as an Xbox controller. I was yet again told she would speak to her son and get back to me Wednesday the latest. She did not call me back, so I called her. Her response to my call was, "what do you want from me" to which I responded with a request of either a refund OR a reproduction of what I had ORIGINALLY ORDERED utilizing fake Roses. Ophelia stated she had already given me what she had given me and the funeral was now over and he is buried there was nothing she could do and she hung up following my expression of frustration. She then texted me advising she would be filling a police report. I then reached out her expressing my disappointment as his mother stated we do not speak the same language. I expressed and explained all of my concerns to which he verbally responded requesting for me to send photos of what was delivered to the chapel, which I did. He then responded via text advising he would " see what we can do" . Still I have not heard back from them so I am now giving them the review they deserve and t

La Rosa was the florist for our wedding in June 2019. I was over the moon on how beautiful the flowers looked! I described what my ideas were to him and he made it even better then I could have imagined! I would definitely refer La Rosa to anyone!
