Bought several pieces from them spent over 3k and paid extra for deliver and set up only had furniture for 3 months and it's falling apart couch material is tearing and bed frame is coming apart . Looks pretty nice but very cheaply made and the set up is half assed as well plan on replacing all of it by the new year . Items purchased couches , head boards and mattresses .

My daughter ordered a bed on July 11th and they still haven't delivered it. Claiming because of Covid-19 the warehouse was closed. But then after it opened back up tried to say she hasn't paid for it and she had her receipt. Then they tried to say oh it was a Lawaway which it wasn't. It was to the point she wanted her money back and after much auguring and lies they finally gave her every dime of her money back. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY!

Castillo's furniture based off Wilson Way at the flea market in Stockton Ca. This is the only Furniture Store I will ever be doing business with :-) I bought the most amazing recliner from them three years ago and I'm getting ready to order the matching reclining loveseat. Jamie is the one who has helped me there,he goes Above & Beyond!! Amazing customer service!!! They have the same furniture as the expensive furniture stores sell except they offer much lower prices and don't price gouge you! A helpful hint would be to go to the area furniture stores scope out what you like and then order it from Castillo's catalog. The only downfall, but I didn't mind having to do that, I'm sure it's how their able to keep their Price is down. If I could give them more stars I absolutely would! I hate furniture shopping and they make it so easy!!! Thank You Castillo's Furniture & Jaime:)
